This has been the worst experience of my rent history. Slow response to maintenance issues, high staff turnover which means no one knows what is going on, and they will not let you have someone take over your lease even if it is allowed in your lease. They will repeatedly slow the application process until you give up and just pay through the end of your lease, which is the only other way to get out of it if you have to move. I am pregnant and they are currently doing this to me, and had the gentleman I am having sublease under me pay for an application that THEY messed up. I have been paying double

Looks nice but renters beware. When it rains it comes through your ceiling. When we asked to move to another non damaged unit we were told we have to pay current market value so over $300 more per month. They enter your apartment when asked not to because of pets. It has not been an enjoyable experience!

You people, new management, need to communicate appropriately. First you send a vague update email about renovations/plumbing. It didn’t explain anything since it was ambiguous. Second you send out this email at 5:55pm, 5 mins before closing. So people who needed immediate questions have to wait till next day to ask questions.

Greetings! I originally loved living at SB chapelhill but ever since new management has taken over it’s been downhill. First and foremost I am fairly new to the area and needed somewhere that was most convenient and affordable. I thought SB Chapelhill would be the best candidate but I’ve had several issues within the last couple of months. When it was warmer out my AC was out for quite while and I kept getting the run around about the tools that were needed not being available or how they’re waiting for parts. I ended up getting an actual unit installed that was extremely loud and ran up

Been here a few years. Spacious layout of buildings. Nice landscaping. Office staff helpful and attentive. Recent updates to parking areas. Superb maintenance workers. Friendly neighbors and overall a great place to call home. Close to shopping and major highways for coming or going. I would recommend moving here if you’re thinking about it.

We moved into Sagebrook in January. The entire process was facilitated by the office staff making us feel like a welcome addition to the community. On move-in, our apartment was clean and ready for our fresh out of storage furniture. Since then, office and maintenance staff have been attentive to our needs and easy to deal with. We have met great neighbors and are enjoying life at Sagebrook. Can't wait for pool season.

I have been living at Sagebrook for the last 3 years. I am happy to report other than rent increasing every year I have had no issues. The office staff is friendly and efficiency. Maintenance responds quickly to any problems and know what they are doing. The neighborhood is always quite and clean. I have a dog and there are always treats in the office for him. I have never felt unsafe living here and would continue living her if rent did not go up every year for those that pay on time and do not cause problems.

While they did accommodate me during the current pandemic as far as paying rent (which I think they are required to do by law), my overall experience was not a good one. First off, the residents that live in this community are extremely nosey and will call the office over EVERYTHING. Then, without even calling you or trying to verify this information, the office will send you a nasty letter and tack on a fee that you have to pay. For example, I was dog sitting for a friend for a couple of days and one of my busy-body neighbors called the office and tried to tell them that I had gotten another dog

We moved in recently and have only good things to say about the staff at Sagebrook. They were welcoming and helpful in the application process, and in every instance since. The maintenance person is amazing. On move-in day, he fixed several issues we brought to his attention immediately. He checked back several times to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The apartment is clean and set up well. We haven't lived in an apartment in over 20 years, and have to get used to smaller quarters. That being said, once our furniture was in and our things set up, we felt like home.
