I lived at Treetops expecting to stay 2 years. I stayed 5-1/2 years because of the wonderful ease of apartment living, which was a pleasant surprise to me. The office staff and the grounds staff are very professional and immediately responsive to any need or concern. They also all get to know you by first name. Treetops is within walking distance to a mid-size shopping center that has everything you need from large grocery store, to fast food and pizza parlor, to liquor store, to hair and nail places, a pharmacy, Wawa, and more. My husband and I lived here for 3 years and it was a wonderful place to live. The office and maintenance staff were kind and attentive. All maintenance requests were fixed within a timely matter. The grounds were always clean and the landscaping was beautiful. The fitness center and pool were an added bonus- both very well kept. We would highly recommend the Treetops!

I have been here for 2 years and I love it! The property is maintained beautifully. The pool has a fountain in it and looks like something out of a magazine. The clubhouse is amazing! It has a yoga room downstairs and computers and then weights and cardio machines upstairs. It has a great bbq area and adorable patio to sit on as well. It is quiet ..as in not a lot of loud college kids partying all night like other developments nearby. I am a single mom with 2 kids and one of them is disabled and has many medical issues. Everything about this oasis is wonderful! From the check-in to the move-in. The office personnel were absolutely the best. They were able to get me into my home in less than a day. Very neat and clean. Lively neighborhood. Found lots of friends there. The maintenance and support is timely and proper. Maintenance people are very friendly. Our stay was fantastic at Treetops. Lots of memories there.
During our exit , Manager Brittany helped us to understand the best way to rent the property for few months. She also guided us on schools and other stuff. She and Julio(sorry for the mis-spell) made our exit process smooth and Simple.

Its an amazing neighborhood and the community has always been well maintained by the management. This is my second year and I don't believe I would hesitate to extend my stay here. The maintenance people are extremely responsive and you have all the amenities within a one-mile radius...or probably a quarter-mile since new businesses started to grow around the area pretty rapidly now.
