Fantastic, delicious fare - the seafood lasagna is incredible as is the lobster ravioli! The lobster risotto balls - AND the desserts - fried Oreos with vanilla ice cream! YUM! Any of the above is well worth the wait and the price!
The service was excellent. Matt is great!
Can’t wait to come back again!

This place need more diverse training for people of color. My experience as I watch the treated these people as the came in. One couple was put at table and never went back to see how thing was going with and their meal. All the people of other color she greeted them with a smile. Check on the everytime she walk by there table. Other people of color was seated at the bar. Never check on them either. This place needs to have Diverse training in all phases.

We were on an all ladies trip and were super excited to try Sazio as we had been eating at Stingray and smelled delicious aromas from the restaurant. Our server was spectacular but all our seafood was severely… over cooked. The charred octopus was rubbery instead of tender and juicy, and my seafood in the Cioppino,(which they graciously removed from our bill—not expected but appreciated), was inedible…scallops were stringy, clams and mussels rubbery, the shrimp were like rubber golf balls—several shrimp still had the fecal vein, (which should be removed in basic line cook

Terrible customer service. I don’t usually post reviews but this experience was horrible. Walked in for our reservation and waited 20 minutes to be greeted, only to be treated with the utmost disrespect by the hostess. I’m sure the food is delicious but it can’t be worth putting up with the lack of customer service. Spend your money and time elsewhere… much better restaurants in the area.

We found dining at Sazio to be uncomfortable. The room was so cold that we asked for the air conditioning to be turned down though it didn’t help much. The acoustics in the back left dining room were horrible. Had to move our seating to a new table. Too many hard surfaces in a narrow room, walls, floor & ceiling included. The vaulted ceiling could soften things with an absorbing material. The food was tasty.

Finally got to try Sazio last night and it was beyond amazing. No other Italian restaurant in the area comes close. Everything our party of 5 had was outstanding. I had the veal milanese and never had a more tender piece of veal in my life...and note I lived in NYC most of my life until moving here two years ago. Also I usually have at least one criticism for each dining spot. None here. I could go on and on, but there's too many compliments to state. We will definitely become regulars here and is my new favorite restaurant! Thanks Sazio.

Huge portions, good food, nice deck. Total win of a place - but seriously the portions are redonk, you really don’t need an app + entree, you can do salad and side and totally be good. Only gripe was the crab cakes were a little pedestrian- could have got them at giant/Harris teeter, would have expected jumbo lump for $35 per dish. I will comeback and get a smaller order and maybe try a pasta.
