The hotel and the food were great. Unfortunately like so many they appear to be short staffed leaving the wait for service longer than expected. They were running the legs off of the servers, something I will not hold against them. Over all it was a great experience. The meals were excelent. The rooms were very nice in layout and spotlessly clean.

My girlfriend and I planned a week long trip to tour the coast-line the week before Christmas. The weather was a bit chilly but we were greeted after our 4 hour drive with a very warm welcome from Laura the manager and her staff. We sincerely felt like family while staying at the hotel and actually ate dinner and breakfast at their on site Victoria's restaurant which was delicious before leaving the next day. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family as it felt like going back in time with beautiful art, decorations, and holiday spirit. They even have cute tropical birds in the

Dining in their restaurant, Victoria's, has been on my list for several years. Finally was able last week. Absolutely love the decor. We went specifically for the duck, so, even though the menu looked good, I didn't really pay much attention to it. The duck was delicious. Our server was really great. Overall a memorable experience.

I had a colleague on my virtual team for a year and we had never met.
When my wife and I took a week to vacation in Delaware, I remembered that my virtual teammate happened to live in Delaware. Turns out she happened to live in Rehoboth Beach, which was where we were staying.
So to make a long story short, she suggested we meet after dinner for dessert and coffee at Victoria's.
Victoria's is the house restaurant at the elegant Boardwalk Plaza Hotel. It's simply gorgeous with fine dining vibes overlooking the beach and boardwalk.

Victoria's restaurant has a real charm to it. The architecture embraces the boardwalk with a beautiful ambiance of nature and amazing food. I had brunch there and it was delicious! The crab cake sandwich is so fresh and the risotto creamy and delicious! The view from the outdoor seating is marvelous with the sound of the ocean and people strolling down the boardwalk.

We had a reservation and walked inside through the hotel lobby. 3-4 waiters passed right by us standing there looking confused but not a single person checked us in. Finally someone told us that the hostess was on the other end of the restaurant and we should go there.
Service: The hostess was clearly overwhelmed. She was having a back and forth banter with the guy ahead of us, complaining about being short staffed. He did have a point when he said that if they didnt have enough staff they should probably stop accepting reservations. What we did appreciate tremendously was the hostess later walking

The customer service is super great. Everyone is super nice. But I will say that it’s expensive for no reason honestly. Yes everything is Victorian theme but the TV for the room is really small. The bathroom it’s very old. The pool is extremely small. The deepest it goes is 3 ft and there is only two hot tubs in the roof. To expensive for nothing have a bigger pool and and bigger tv and I would say the money is worth it other than that no. You might as well go somewhere else honestly. And also the bed moves to much. It made so much Noise.

Had breakfast this morning at Victoria's. Quality of food was extremely poor. Bacon seemed like it was picked from a buffet bucket. Tasted like the hash browns came from a frozen bag warmed up in a microwave. Paid extra to substitute a biscuit for my toast.... The biscuit came cut in half and browned on both sides - it was hard enough to prop the restaurant's front doors open for the entire business day. All this while our table was greeted by several flies. Where there are flies, there are maggots. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of their kitchen. Greatly disappointed. Paid close

I've been here a few times now. I just love the oceanfront outdoor seating. In the winter, they had wonderful gas fireplace. We just came back in the summer, and the canopy over the area provides good coverage from the sun. In addition - they take reservations, which is a nice plus with a large group.
The food has been excellent every time, and we all loved the fresh bread they brought out. We had the halibut fish taco special, and a beet salad. The others in the group all enjoyed their meals as well. The prices are very reasonable considering this is oceanfront dining! Our servers have

We have been sitting in the corner of this place.
The first waitress arrived after 20minutes, no water was brought before that. We ordered to her, then other 2 different waitress arrived.
Very confused. We waited other 30 minutes for got our "entrees". Honestly the entrees were more like appetizers due to the small size. Stay away from the place if you are hungry!!!! No one of the waitress took care of us, no one came to ask if we want some more water.
We ate our food in 15minutes (due to the tiny size of the entree) and waited additional 20minutes for get someone to bring the check

Came here for dinner while visiting Rehoboth for a few days with my friend. We got to the restaurant about 20 minutes early for our reservation so got a drink at the bar beforehand. There was one bartender working the whole room so service was understandably pretty slow but the waitress was kind and apologetic so no big deal. When our table was ready, we moved outdoors to our table and a few minutes later were greeted by that same bartender who was also our waitress. The poor woman was waiting on 5-6 tables outside and also serving all the folks in the bar - insane! As we expected, our food took

We stopped for dinner here on our trip down the boardwalk.
We were seated outside , it gets chilly in the evening so if you plan to dine outside bring a sweatshirt. No worries if you don't, they were kind enough to come through and pass out blankets to everyone who needed them.
We did have a long wait for our food but they were quite busy.
The food was excellent, the crabcakes are some of the best I've had.
Everything was fresh and hot and our server was fantastic.
I would definitely recommend checking them out.

For years and years my family has stayed at the Boardwalk Plaza and every time it has been amazing. From being a kid at the hotel to bringing my kid to this hotel, I’ve valued the location, the convenience, the cleanliness, the amenities and the friendly staff who care for their guests like family. This year we stayed in an oceanfront apartment and it provided a wonderful kitchen and living area for our friends and family who came with us to the Boardwalk Plaza. We had a wonderful Father’s Day Brunch at Victoria’s and many beach lunches there, as well. The kids loved the pool, the birds,

We dined inside (no masks required if vaccinated). The waiter was really nice and informed us of the specials. It's a dimly lit room, which creates a nice atmosphere. The food was delicious and the drinks were very good. We had one of the special drinks of the night with dinner. And for dessert we had a dessert martini, WHICH WAS SO GOOD!

If you like to dine in a place that reminds you of an old English tea house this is the place for you. I happen to like these types of places. It also is the type of restaurant that offers an excellent view of the boardwalk and the beach. You have an option to dine outside or indoors we chose indoors by the window giving us a beautiful view of outside.

We stayed at the Boardwalk Plaza over Valentines weekend and had the package for brunch and dinner. Brunch was good. It wasn't the best but not bad. Pretty standard offerings. What I like about their restaurant is they don't over seat. During COVID times you can feel safe knowing they will follow protocol. Dinner was fantastic! The menu had enough options. Everything tasted great. Service was good. The lobster Thermidor was delicious. I had to take our desserts to go because we were full. Spend a few extra dollars to try a drink from their specialty drink menu. I had one at brunch and

Very disappointing breakfast. First of all, they serve dry toast with butter on the side. The toast was cold, so just try buttering cold toast with cold butter!
Everyone in my party of 3 left the toast uneaten. We all had requested home fries, but what they serve here in no way resembles "home fries". They are frozen diced potatoes which were heated up somehow. Please folks, the term "home fries" does not refer to any old type of potato which is served with breakfast. Now the good - the ambiance was nice enough, and our waitress was friendly and courteous. That's why they

Five stars for a lovely ambiance and delightful customer service.
Our waiter Ilya was absolutely terrific. He anticipated our every need and engaged in superbly personal conversation here and there, which was perfect. We would definitely request to be sat in his section if we're able to return.
Inside and outside, they play this old-fashioned instrumental music that transported me to somewhere in France where every step is slow and contented.
My stout (Big Oyster Point) was delicious, strong, and only $6. And the fish and chips that we split had excellent fries, though the fish was lacking
