This week I had the great pleasure and opportunity to having an alignment performed on my Lexus at Mike's Tire and Service Center, NC. To my surprise, everyone that I spoke with was extremely nice, pleasant, gregarious, and garrulous. In addition, they even provided me with education about my Benz. The young gent informed me that I had 4 wheel drive...Who knew? I just drive the cars and put gas in them. He informed me that it would be best to drive the Benz in lieu of the Lexus in the inclement weather (if we get any). This is great information. While they had my Lexus, they were very attuned to

Best auto shop around! They are always professional, friendly, and do a great job on your car! Recently had to get an unexpected repair on a window, and they fit me in their schedule, which was so appreciated and very helpful! Definitely recommend going to them for any car fixes!! Great dependable service & great customer service. Just like anyone I am always apprehensive about taking my car to a mechanic for the fear of being taken advantage of but these gentleman here were more than fair on the price of the work needed for my car. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a tire shop ever and I am 42. Prices was very reasonable and they made me feel like I mattered more than the job. They went beyond everything when they played with my 1 year old son. I can't thank them enough for the love and respect they showed me. Thanks from the bottom of my ❤. I highly recommend Mike's.
