My family found the best apartment complex at Westdale Hills. We have lived here for eight years.
The office staff is excellent and will work out any problems or concerns that you may be experiencing. When you need a repair, the maintenance staff responds in a timely manner.
The atmosphere here is very neighborly;, dog friendly too. We have no future plans of ever leaving Westdale Hills. Thank you Westdale Hills for our lovely home!

Walls are way to thin. I had a baby and when she’d cry my neighbors banged on the wall and turned up their music, any time my neighbors went outside (1-3am on a Monday) I literally heard everything even when they’d whisper. Somehow 2 or 3 wasps flew in and when I’d call to see if I could get some help they took days and I ended up getting it myself. I had a bug problem since day one (lived there for 2 years). Eviction notices were sent out the next day after they ended the pause on rent, for Covid reasons, it would have been nice to get a notice about it ended before it did, not everyone

I loved living here. The staff was always responsive and helpful. My neighbors were awesome. Usually pretty quite. I moved from here to some "luxury" apartments that are horrible. Westdale may be a little dated as far as appearance, but they are luxury in what they offer in customer care. Ill be moving back.

So, I understand there is mixed amount of reviews here, however I can only speak of my experience thus far. Moved here in May from CA, and from the get go, the staff at Westdale Hills has been very helpful. From the leasing consultants & aides, all the way to the maintenance staff. Honestly, customs & courtesy goes a long way here with them. They've been prompt and professional with my and my family when it came to maintenance issues. Huge shout out to all the maintenance staff, some of the best service I've ever seen and great individuals all around. Yes, apartments have pros and cons, but so

If you need a place to live on a budget this one is okay. They keep the property clean, and it's pretty quiet most of the time. The pools are open whenever they feel like opening them. Supposed to open at 10am but usually don't. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Our laundry facility has like two proper working machines. The rest don't work. It's also $1.35 to wash and $1.35 to dry. Not horrible, not great. It's not a bad place to live all together. All apartments have their ups and downs. I can't knock it too much.
