My husband and I moved here from upstate NY in December. During the early fall of 2020 when we were looking where to live in the Littleton area we located this apartment complex online. Dotty, the leasing manager in the office, who with her friendly and professional attitude, gave us a wonderful virtual tour of the property, sending emails with apartment layouts and pricing. When we arrive here, Patrick, the Manager, showed us to our chosen apartment, being very professional and informative. The Monte Vista Apartments are nice to live in and I don't really have any complaints on the livability. They are a little outdated, but priced accordingly for that, especially for steep Denver prices. Dottie in the front office is extremely pleasant and great to work with. She always brightened my day and I appreciate her consistent friendliness towards the residents. Both Patrick and Lindsey (management) were also pleasant to work with and I never experienced any issues with them.

I’ve been here less than a month but truly I’m impressed with everything. Dottie was so patient and sweet with my overly complicated move in, I was and am so grateful for her! Patrick and Lindsey were a great help getting me quotes and submitting my application too. I love my garage, and how peaceful the complex is. I feel beyond safe. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and the follow up is really on point. So glad to be here.

I love my apartment and the location. My rate is reasonable for Denver... which we know how that goes, right? I also have had a few issues or requests that have come up at Monte Vista and the staff has been extremely courteous and helpful through each one. The manager, Patrick, has also worked extremely hard to make sure any concerns I had were addressed.
Additionally, I just want to add, that the staff I've worked with are amazingly professional. I went to the lobby to ask a question
