This review is for Rolando/maintenance crew, management team, and my most recent work order request. I placed a work order request for one of my window blinds and bathroom light bulbs to be replaced in the morning. On the same day when I returned from work, both were completed flawlessly. I always appreciate how quick they are to respond and are available on site.

City Place is a lovely community-centered residence. It's packed with conveniences - from location to parking to amenities galore. Most importantly, the people who run City Place deserve 100 stars. Ginger goes above and beyond to welcome everyone and to ensure their that home is comfortable. Dana does whatever it takes to show people the grounds in person or online. The maintenance staff have been there for years which speaks to how well they're treated by residents and management. For me, everything is about relationships. Good relationships with people means good living. That is what City Place

My wife and I have lived at City Place for 7 years. What was supposed to be a two year residence has turned into an extended stay. We love it at City Place! The convenience (location to our fave spots), the Management Team, and living environment have all played into our continued stay at City Place. We have found Christina and Ginger to be wonderful Managers! They have been very attentive to us and especially the needs of the complex. Rolando handles the operations and facilities of the property and he's incredibly knowledgeable and super nice! A special shout out to Norma for always cleaning

We’ve lived at City Place for over 17 years, which says a lot about what a great place this is to call home. The management and maintenance staff is professional and pleasant.
City Place might not be the newest apartment complex in Pasadena, but management works diligently to keep the building in tip top shape. They are quick to make repairs and are always on the look out to update amenities.

My husband and I went for a tour and decided to rent a two-bedroom apartment at City Place that they told us is going under renovation and the appliances are going to be replaced. Considering everything, we put in the application and during the process were in touch with Ginger, one of the property managers/agents. After we paid for the application, she called and told us that the apartment will not go under renovation. We had other options and one big reason we chose this apartment unit was the new appliances they told us about and the renovation. Now they are just sending us pictures of old

My teenagers and I have lived here for 2 years and are getting ready to sign another year on our lease. We absolutely love it. The staff is great and always helpful! Both Christina & Ginger are always willing to go above and beyond to help. Rolando and Ricardo quickly fix any maintenance issues we have. They always fix things with less than 24 hours. Norma is also great as well! She helps keep the building clean. The amenities are good, but because of Covid, we haven't been able to use them consistently. This is no fault of City Place. We loved touring City Place this past weekend! It was so clean, quiet, and peaceful. Both of the units we toured were great, but the best part of our experience was with Ginger. She was beyond helpful, friendly, cheerful -- an absolute delight. During our tour, we ran into delivery guys and several tenants and she had something sweet and helpful to each of them. She made the place feel very much like a home & community. Thanks, Ginger!
