I had maintenance fix my dryer over the past few days. He was really good about telling me when he would be back next and what exactly was going on with the unit. It was easy to just let him in a let him work while I did my own stuff. Overall he was really nice and did the job as quickly as it would allow.

Great experience. Staff are very nice and will go above and beyond to accommodate you. They’ve got some nice events throughout the year for tenants, which makes for a nice car environment. Everything is kept clean and plenty of parking is available for tenants. Apartments are very nice. Thank you 😊

Highly advise you to Keep looking...the show space is nothing compared to the apartment you’ll actually receive. After renting for 6 months our cars had been broken into twice. It’s “gated” but it’s not. They DO NOT have security cameras just FYI. Our heat went out and took about 5 days to get fixed. our roof leaked, outlets don’t work, hot cold on our washer were backwards. Our toilets backed up regularly for no reason. Just do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I have been living here at The Renaissance for just under a year and I love it! The apartments are very well maintained and the grounds are manicured and clean. It's quiet, peaceful and safe. The amenities are great!
In the office, Leah, Andrew and Samantha are really nice and helpful and the maintenance men, Craig, Travis and John are efficient and friendly!

This place is a JOKE!!! When we moved out they claimed that the last four months we were living there our utilities were not included in our rent statement. Which we were NEVER notified about. They said it was a "glitch" in their system, which is not our problem. I went back and looked at our rent statements and everything was included in the rent for those months. They scammed us out of our security deposit.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

They will squeeze every single penny they can out of you. I just happened to be moving out a few months after the apartments were bought out by another company and let me tell you, they didn’t know anything about our old agreement and breached the contract multiple times. I was actually going to take them to small claims for the breach of contract but after no response to my formal notice of breach of contract my roommate and I decided to cut our losses and leave it be. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially students.

Apartment 212 has black mold. We were 25 days behind on our rent and they evicted us; we had 15 min to grab essentials and then leave the property. Then, we were told we had 30 days and one chance to retrieve our things. So we find somewhere to stay. We call on Monday about figuring out a date to come and get our belongings. Not that simple, apparently. We had to pay the rent we owed, the court costs for the eviction, then they would do a walk-through the apt and figure out what they felt we owed in extra charges, and every day our things were there, was an extra $33.00.
