My husband and I lived at Spectra for a little over two years. We had a great experience with the management team, maintenance, and the amenities. It was everything we needed in an apartment. The style is modern, clean, and just what we were looking for! At the time, rent was pretty reasonable. Not sure what the rate is now, I believe it has increased overtime. The only reason we would give them a 4-star is because during COVID, the amenities were shut down for months but no reimbursement was given and when asked, we weren’t provided with a clear explanation if it was a possibility. This is a fantastic place to live. Great location with awesome amenities. Located practically right next to one of the best elementary schools in the county is a huge plus! The maintenance staff is quick and diligent when there is an issue. Kristen and Amy in the office are absolutely wonderful and always assist when something is needed. Highly recommend!

In my 16 months there, the staff and facilities were excellent. As a business traveler, pre-Covid, there were multiple occasions I needed support from the staff that was provided without hesitation.
During very difficult times, with a new set of rules, the entire team went over and above to enrich the experience for the tenant community.
If needed, I consider again the great facilities, but I would return for the staff and their commitment to service.

I have lived here for 2 years, and my experience has been phenomenal! Kristin, the property manager, communicates often regarding resident events and updates. Whenever I email her with a concern, she is quick to respond and address any issues that I have. I have experienced the same level of support from Gina in the office as well. During this pandemic, the staff has put in an extra effort to sanitize and clearly communicate guidelines for the safety of all residents. My apartment is spacious and the grounds are kept clean. This has been my best apartment experience so far! Thank you Spectra Team
