Very very Disappointed with their customer service. They always try to upcharge you or fake charge you. They are “masters” at adding extra services you never needed to your bill. The only explanation to this is that they are loosing clients and trying to get the money somehow, fake servicing clients. So sad and pathetic. Won’t come again and wont recommend to anyone.

So grateful I found Tilden Dental Group upon moving to Chicago. Dr Zach has been a lifesaver! Really appreciate how easy it is to get an appointment and how quickly Dr Zach works. Also, the experience of being in the office is great - the staff are so genuine and I appreciate the kindness and care that the staff express. This clinic seams good. However, I booked two appointments for my kids, and informed them in advance that they have caveties. They accepted the appointments and confirmed that they treat kids.
We arrived more than 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, and they gave me around 10 pages to read and sign. Then, they made x-rays for my kids, cleaned their teeth, and told me that they don't treat kids!! And referred me to another Pediatric dental clinic!!

I saw Dr. Zach Tilden and am very satisfied. He's courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Had a cleaning done and also had an Invisalign retainer fitted. Their pricing for my Invisalign retainer is very competitive and and quality is top notch. This is a nice family practice. The front desk staff are courteous and understand how to navigate dental insurance benefits. I will be back for future cleanings and other dental care needs.

I originally went here because I lived in the building. What a mistake! I went in to get some fillings done with the younger Dr. Tilden. A month later, I went to California for 2 weeks on business. 2 days into my business trip, I experienced some of the worst pain I've ever experienced in a few of my fillings. I went to a dentist in California, who said that the fillings were not done well, and that my teeth were not lining up. The California dentist checked my bite, drilled down a few spots, and sent me on my way. I was ok for a few weeks, but the pain returned. I went back to the office

I recently moved downtown and needed to switch dentists so I decided to try out Tilden Dental. This was a mistake.
The dental exam felt rushed. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment (the first of the day), but the hygienist called me 10 minutes past the specified time. She was also was very talkative and did not spend a thorough job on my mouth as compared to other dental offices.
Dr. Tilden came in the last 5 minutes of the visit and said very little to me except I need to get my wisdom teeth out and to come back in a few weeks to get 3 small cavities filled (both issues my old dentist

After my 2nd visit with practice, I am thinking to find another dentist. My spouse comes here and raves about technicians/receptionists. So I came to the practice with high hopes. My disposition is not with technicians/receptionists but with doctor/wife(Practice Manager). Dr. Tilden is a dental magician. I had a procedure performed this morning and had the usual uneasiness that comes before sitting in a dental chair. I was greeted by Dr. Tilden who has a friendly and comforting demeanor. He answered my questions and put me at ease. I closed my eyes and let Dr. Tilden perform his magic. No pain, not a bit. If it wasnt for Dr. Raghian I probably would have given a half a star if I could.
Dr. Raghian is great. I have never had any complaints with him and I dont think I ever would. He is superbly funny and kind and really cares about his patients.
I have never worked with Dr. Tilden except for one cleaning appointment and he was very friendly and caring.
My issue is with the staff and the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the office staff and the remarkable tolerance there is for this sort of unprofessionalism.

I've been going to Dr. Tilden for over a decade and he has always provided me with exceptional service. I had to have all of my teeth capped due to a genetic disorder that degraded my enamel, and he did a fantastic job: 15 years later I still get compliments on my teeth and smile. He and his hygienists are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Well - since no one is rushing to raise their hands, I guess I'll go first. Allow me to preface my review by saying that I am someone who hasn't always loved going to the dentist, even with the pseudo-orthodontic work I had growing up.
