Really, this is such a lovely dental office. They have been our family's dental care go-to for many years. Throughout that time, there has been a focus on excellence of care and a positive patient experience. That isn't always easy in a dental office, you know? But the entire staff from Dr. Dinkha to each and every dental tech to the office staff exhibit excellence and a welcoming, gentle manner with the patient. I understand that this is an odd thing to say about a dentist's office, but honestly their's is a very pleasant place to be!

Everyone here is so welcoming and the atmosphere is so calming. If you don’t typically like going to the dentist, your experience here will be closer to a spa. Would (and have) highly recommend this place.

Dr. Dinkha and her team take amazing care of their patients! Even procedures deemed as "scary" or "uncomfortable" are ALL delivered with such great care, efficiency and professionalism. The service from everyone is impeccable and the pride and care they have for their patients is evident in every single visit from general to specialized. If you're looking for a Chicago dentist, I can't recommend Dr. Dinkha and her team enough!

As a child I was afraid of the pain a trip to the dentist would bring on. This carried over onto adult where I had dentists who could not give a shot without causing pain. This place is anything but perfect. If you value customer service and your wallet I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Criticizing another dentist work, which has been complimented by others in industry, a treatment plan that included items which another dentist confirmed are not needed, wrong insurance billing codes which would have cost me thousands more out of pocket than necessary, and not listening when I advised I have high dental anxiety are just the start. Thankful to have found another practice who is ethical, experienced, and extremely customer service oriented.

I've been a patient of Perfect Smile since before it was Perfect Smile--i.e., I started with Dr. Dotson early in his career at his office on Western Avenue. I cannot tell you how much of a baby I am when it comes to going to the dentist! Thankfully years ago when I first moved to Chicago in 2009 a friend referred me to Perfect Smile and the amazing Dr. Dinkah! She and her staff know how I am and literally anticipate my every need! I'm so grateful for all they have done for me from deep cleanings to root canals to tooth extractions to implants! They do it all and with style, grace and most importantly patience!

I sought the best dentist in Chicago because my phobia of the dentist had become unmanageable. I cried the entire way through visits, was unwilling to let the dentists use the explorer (pokey stick) tool, had the most insane anxiety attacks for weeks leading up to dentists visits... the list goes on. I was known for death gripping the chair, and just making everyone in a room so uncomfortable while apologizing profusely for acting like a three year old, but I just couldn't help or handle the fear I had created around dentists. I had been a patient of Perfect Smile Dental Spa for almost a decade. Over the last couple of years, each time I had gone their bad used-car-salesperson approach to interaction and treatment recommendations had increasingly gotten worse - each time attempting to tack on additional 'services' that weren't covered by insurance and/or not needed (I have great dental coverage by the way), and were getting pushier or more sly about it. Yesterday I had a routine cleaning scheduled. The office sent me away because I did not agree to having 'extensive and EXTRA' sets of x-rays

I am grateful for having found Dr. Dinkha. I had 3 of my wisdom teeth extracted, and needed an oral surgeon to remove the fourth, as it was sitting too close to a nerve, prompting other gen dentists to refer me to a surgeon. The oral surgeons weren't available for another 10 days or so, and I couldn't afford the wait due to my upcoming ortho appt.

Dr. Dinkha saved my back teeth from being pulled. They where in bad shape but she fixed everything right up! No more pain or fear of losing them. I wish I remembered everyones name, but the entire staff is amazing! This is the only dental office I have been too that removes all fear and anxiety. I love going to the Perfect Smile Dental Spa and will never go anywhere else for my teeth. The staff is always friendly and takes great care of me. They do a free parafin hand dip every time and sometimes even a free shoulder massage. It's the best!!

This place fell off. I went there before a few year ago and it was great. I saw Dr. Dotson at that time. But when I went there recently this place became a lot worse. The female dentist that I saw, Dr. Dikha didn't seem to know what she's doing. I had to go back multiple times for corrections, I was having tooth and gum pain after getting a few fillings done. Also a few months after that one of the filling that was done started being sensitive when I floss. When I went back I told them about it and they she ignored it, she said it's nothing, probably it would be too much work for

Perfect Smile Dental Spa is the best dental office in town. You won't regret coming here. Monika (front desk) and Janice (dental hygienist) are both very caring and welcoming. I am a very nervous dental patient and from exam to procedure, Dr. Dotson and goods team assured they would not hurt me nor use tools that caused me anxiety until I was sedated.

I needed a root canal and crown, plus scaling (which I put off until next time). During the exam he did not use that evil hooked pick to stab into my cavities as dentists un the past had. He could see what needed to be done via xray.

I opted for pill sedation and nitrous. I felt no pain whatsoever during the procedure and now am only experiencing a touch of discomfort 2 hours after release.
