Jazmyn was such an amazing help and has me so excited to move in. She took the time to tour myself and then later my mother and did excellent both times. Last night at 10pm I see a snake gong into my pantry. I'm disabled with a muscle disease, as the office knows, so by time I got to it the snake had disappeared behind the corner molding. I immediately went next door, as my neighbor works in the office, and told her I needed someone to do something.
This morning I called the office and my neighbor answers. When I asked what was going on she told me I would have to wait till Friday when pest control comes.
First it was mice, then monster cockroaches (which I'm still battling), now it's snakes. Every time I sign up for pest control

The staff at Southgate recently helped address an issue with one of my bathrooms and consistently stuck with me through the process. They always put us first as renters and it gave me a sense of reassurance knowing they were doing all they could to help. Customer service is huge and they did an amazing job to get to the root of the situation we were dealing with. They gracefully emulated this in every interaction. Lived here less than a year and have had a terrible experience. Maintenance is quick and responsive but not reliable at all. Called them to fix things and come home to the items not being fixed or the problem being shorted. The management is kind but arrogant. The property manager is contradicting and does not do much to solve simple problems. The apartments are nice but the complex is not up to par. Certain breeds of dogs are not allowed yet I see the same restrictive breeds walking around and the owners do not pick up after themselves. Don’t get me started on the bug problems the apartments

Living at Southgate has been an awesome experience. It’s the quietest apartment complex I have ever lived in. It’s like living in a house out in the country. At night I go out on my deck and there are 3 deer I watch that come out late at night! There is also a little bunny that likes to come and visit regularly. The staff here are amazing and very friendly. They have different contests every month and something fun for the residents every holiday. Maintenance is absolutely the best. Always same day service and very quick repairs. The maintenance guys are so friendly and have the best manners

Lived at Southgate for almost a year and it has been a pleasant experience so far. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The apartments are spacious and clean. The few times I've needed something dealing with maintenance they've always been quick and efficient. Office staff is very courteous and helpful. I'm about to sign another lease for another year and rent went up $50 but I understand the reasons behind it. All in all its a great place to live.

Southgate is a great place to live! Neighbors are friendly and the apartments are clean and well maintained. The office staff is quick to respond to any questions/concerns. The apartments are also conveniently located to stores/shopping centers, and the pool and fitness center are nice amenities to have access to!

Hello! I've been living here at Southgate, for almost a month. My experiences thus far are great. I've never encountered a staff that is as friendly, as the staff here. Whatever minor issue that I had, was addressed swiftly and professionally. My apartment is very spacious, with a feeling of coziness. The grounds are clean, and the neighborhood is quiet. I love my new apartment! I'm happy we chose Southgate.

Welcome to Southgate of you have a criminal record and are not on the lease have no fear management does not care. Damage all the other tenant's property you want management does not care. Make all the noise you want management does not care. If the police are called management does not care. Management does not care about the safety of their tenants as 6 to 8 men gather outside my door masking noise until 2 AM. I have a gun I keep close because I don't know will happen next. Southgate stated they are not responsible for property damage and people have a right to gather late at night

Southgate apartments are nice. They have plenty of space and the price is good. If you want a fully updated unit you pay a little more. I did not go with fully updated and everything works. the staff is very polite, professional and helpful. They always have little events for the apartment complex. The maintenance is excellent, you call in a problem they fix it, 95% that same day. I have not had one issue with this apartment complex it is quite, clean and peaceful. I moved from NY over a year ago, never stepped foot in the place did everything over the phone. I was very happy with what they have
