I love living here! Been here for 1 year and signed for another. Management is super nice and responsive, and Sergio is the NICEST maintenance guy ever. He truly cares and goes above and beyond. We live in the desert here and so yeah there is definitely wildlife - I've never had an issue with pests inside, and any pests outside in common areas have been removed right away.

If I could help one person out by telling them not to move here I would be happy for the rest of my life (seriously). If you like scorpions, loud neighbors, construction, bad management and snakes in the pool this is your place. I wish I could say something positive, there are some mountain view’s on some of the apartments but it’s scary here. Scottsdale is a great place to be but this is honestly the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. (And I’ve lived in some bad places before). If you have kids, or dogs, or even care about your well being don’t move here, there are lots of beautiful

Went into the office to try and get information and the lady was rude and could have cared less to answer any questions. There were no units available so her goal was apparently to get us out of her office immediately. Save your luxury $$ and look elsewhere, at least have an office staff that is kind and accommodating.

The main office is okay... had quite a few issues with reservations falling through or lost things in the system when first setting up. However though it was a rocky start it has been great since, pretty quite community with a nice pool, And the maintnance staff is top notch, quick and extremly nice.
