I would give them six stars if I could!!! I am both a single woman and up in years which means I could be taken advantage of easily. In all my visits, Dave has never suggested an upsell even when I did. They are friendly and efficient. Even with my last visit, I asked Dave, when the shop was closed he was still on the phone with me, if my spare tire could be filled, he said just ask the attendant tomorrow because the shop is closed. The next day I picked up my car New Year's Eve day, forgetting about my spare tire, and on the way home I noticed the tire light was off, He had it done for me. He

I had a tire balance issue that two other repair facilities could not correct, In fact they just made it worse. All Pro Automotive took care of it. Not only do they have a Road Force wheel balance but apparently the tech knows how to use it. Great job!

I just wanted to thank the owners of this business for their time, professionalism, and kindness in a stressful situation. They really helped my father and I out in a time of need. My car constantly had something wrong with it as it is an older one. It is an hour away from me but I wouldn't go anywhere else. They worked with my schedule and with money. They even gave me a loaner car as they fixed mine! So thank you..especially to Jeff, Dave, and the mechanics. You are all amazing and I truly appreciate you!!! My check engine light came on a couple days before a trip I had to make to the Cape for my father’s celebration of life. I called panicked and All-Pro scheduled me in and took care of a cylinder repair in the back of my engine. I was off on my trip on time and back on the road safely! I am so grateful I can count on All-Pro to be there for me!

All Pro Automotive is the absolute BEST of the best. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have never not been satisfied with their customer service. The only place I know of in CT with a Roadforce wheel balance machine. Even if I found a another place closer, I'm not sure I'd go. The customer service alone I worth the 1.5 hour commute. In a time where customer service seems to be a fairytale...its extremely comforting to see its very much real. I Highly recommend All Pro Automotive, you will not be disappointed.
