I lived here for 8 months. My dishwasher stayed broke since the day I moved in. I also had outlets that wouldn’t work, and the door to the hallway wouldn’t latch unless you locked it. I wouldn’t even get a response when I emailed about issues. Not to mention, up to moving out they had to call me 5, YES THATS RIGHT, 5 times to see if I moved out. It was 2 weeks after my lease was up they were still contacting me to see if I moved out! It makes you wonder just how unorganized they really are if they can’t even keep track of who’s living there and dates. Now, this is the real issue I have

Had terrible interaction with this business. Trying to co-sign for my daughter to rent for the college year. I was fortunate enough to be able to retire early and because I do not have weekly paychecks to show proof of income they did not approve us. Having been in the business world for over 30 years, I told them I would provide copies of multiple bank statements showing collateral but they would not accept. I told them I would pay the whole year's rent up front and they would still not approve. They definitely do not understand the Time Value of Money. Probably a blessing they did not approve

This apartment sucks, they have mold, bug, theft, pluming anything you can think of they have it. They also don’t want to handle your problems and get annoyed when you call to much for things to be fixed.… Please please please don’t live here. They have stupid rent charges that don’t make any sense. These are pictures of other peoples problems. The mold, the dirty washer they brought over from another apartment when our broke. We also had our bathroom sinks stopped up twice. Our dishwasher is broken and so have our bedroom doors and laundry door. Everything sucks

Mr. Rosas is not only committed to his position, but his community, and even more so his tenants in this Arbor Creek community. He has gone above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met! Erik is understanding, and extremely compassionate. He cares about and ensures that each and every person that lives within this complex, has a voice, and the ability to voice their concerns- he's always 10 steps ahead of us, when resolving any issues we may have. Horrible place to rent from! Did not let me look at place before trying to get me to sign paperwork! told me my administration fee was nonrefundable, but manager told me it was refundable. Very unprofessional and the apartments look ran down and ghetto. Asked a current tenant her thoughts and she told me to run away as fast as I can and don't look back that she was just there because of the pet breed restrictions. 2 words.. METAL DOORS!

I have been a tenant since April. I relocated from New Jersey and needed an apartment quickly. Now I've been waiting to write my review only because I wanted to take my time and feel out the property. First off, I did not get the apartment I originally thought I was going to get due to the website not being clear on its descriptions of the units… you apply for. I confirmed via email and phone that I was receiving a one-bedroom magnolia and ended up with a standard one bedroom on the day of signing my lease. Now if I wanted the "upgraded" version my rent was going to be much higher. I signed
