So I currently live at the Pradera apartments in a 3 bedroom. Beware of the spiders! I have lived here 7 months and I have had my apartment sprayed 4 times for insects, mainly spiders! My daughter and I have both been bitten by spider bites here and just 2 days ago I got bit by a brown recluse! The apartments do not provide pest control to the garages, it even states that in the lease. Btw, many apartments have tenants directly above and attached to garages.
Anyways, of all the apartments I’ve lived in (10 or more over the years) I have never had one have such insect issues like I have here

My boyfriend and I had to move out of our former apartment with a week's notice. We toured The Pradera and immediately fell in love with it. The staff was empathetic of our situation and made the move-in process a breeze. Everything is better here in comparison to where I was previously living. We have a huge yard for our dog, which is incredible and a rare find for an apartment. Maintenence is amazing - so quick and so efficient. They even change your smoke alarm batteries and air filters twice a year. I actually know both of my neighbors and talk to them regularly - everyone who lives here is

We called to set up an appt to go view the community and were told by the answering service that he will notify the staff and to just go around 2:00.
We showed up and the black guy with glasses (didn’t even introduce himself) made every excuse not to help us. He said he had tours, and that he hasn’t been able to check his computer because he has had lots of calls, and that he was also helping residents, with what idk there were def no residents in the office nor were the phones ringing off the hook, no cars in parking lot other than ours. He was rude and just seemed like he didn’t want to

I love living at the Pradera! Chelsie, in the office, is amazing! The guys in maintenance are always quick to respond and super nice. The atmosphere is relaxing, my neighbors are friendly and the property is clean and maintained very well. We enjoy walking around the neighborhood and can’t wait until it warms up a bit so that we can use one of the two pools! It’s very convenient to have two gyms, especially now that social distancing is important, and the hot tub is a nice perk. I highly recommend Pradera to anyone looking for a nice, friendly and well-maintained place to call home!

I've been living here since January and I love it. The apartments are beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and the location couldn't be better. Any issues that arose within my apartment were taken care of in a timely manner without any questioning or complaints. Definitely looking to renew my lease when it expires!
