I have been living here for more than a month and the elevator is always out of order. Almost every week is always out of seevice. This week is the horrible week because it is out of service for 4 consecutive days and i have tried to contact the management but there were no positive response. They always say that they are trying their best to resolve the problem. A family member was trapped in the elevator for more than 30 minutes and tried to call the Apt. Manager several times and no response . He responded to me and told me that there is nothing he can do to fix the elevator because it was

Adolfo Sanchez is the greatest property manager I could have asked for. His cheery disposition and genuine concern for the community is one that exceeded all my expectations. Adolfo was always quick to answer my emails or phone calls, and cared about my experience as a resident. He is the reason why it was such a hard decision for me to move out (due to unrelated personal reasons). He truly made my residency at Louise such a memorable and pleasant experience, and I am happy that I could call this place home for 2 years.

I just moved here from another building with the same management company and I love my renovated apartment. It's spacious and airy and my walk in closet is the best! The manager is super sweet and fixed a few items rather quickly. From time to time I can hear my neighbors, but that doesn't bother me at all as I am sure they can hear me. There is also a super cute seating area in the courtyard. I wish there was a pool, but I am glad I don't have to hear screaming and splashing like I did before at the last place I lived. I would definitely recommend this community, it is well taken
