Great place to live for the most part. Staff are very nice and friendly. Only main issue I had is that there is more paid covered parking than uncovered. Makes it hard to find a spot. The other issue is being woken up early this morning by a neighbor yelling. I didn't take too kindly to that. Other than that, no major complaints about this complex in general.

We lived here for almost 2 years and are super sad to move out (moving to another state). We loved all the ladies in the office (Elizabeth, Brandi, and Jessica)! They were all always so sweet and understanding about everything. Anytime we needed something done in our apartment they took care of it immediately! Our dog got into some poison and they took care of her while we were at work (on their own i didn’t ask them too!) we loved our neighbors and everyone was always so friendly! The pool and grill area was our favorite place to be on nice days all year round! This is just some of the things

Have been living here for 4 years(alone). Staff is always friendly even when there have been changes. Grounds are always clean and maintenance goes above and beyond. I just read a review about car breakins and its never happened to me personally and i have always felt safe as a young female living alone and wanted to make that known!!!

The apartments are great and they have a wide variety of options/ layouts. I love the pool area and the workout room (they also have a tanning bed). Right off interstate, so it's in a great location. The staff in the office is super friendly and are willing to help with anything I need. Would definitely recommend.

We love our place here. The front office, namely Elizabeth and Jessica, are flat out amazing and always quick to help and resolve anything that pops up. The pool is beautiful, the grounds well kept, and it is really located in a perfect spot to reach anything locally with a quickness. Plus you don't have to deal with a ton of traffic that usually comes with such a conveniently located property.

My husband and I moved in last month due to having our home remodel and we moved from a house to a apartment and were concerned about space, availability, convince etc. Le rivage met all our expectations. And worked with us to get all moved in as soon as possible due to our unique situation. Only issue I can honestly say is the parking around some of the buildings. Everyone is so nice, helpful and issues have been addressed immediately. We are very pleased with our choice to move here.

I wish I could put negative stars. The management is awful, all the way up to the corporate office. No one will call me back to follow up with my concerns. Everyone is incompetent. If you want your security deposit back, good luck. They're just a bunch of thieves. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I wanted to take a minute to leave this review because the ladies in the office were all so helpful while I was in town last week looking for a future home. It took the weekend to look around and decide on Le Rivage, I should have came here first and my looking around would have been over. The property is beautiful and all the ladies were really nice and helpful to my questions. Can’t wait to move now, super excited about my new future hone. Thank you Elizabeth, Laura and Laura.

Hands down the best apartment complex in Bossier City/Shreveport. The best customer service, I have ever had from an apartment complex. Safety, cleanliness, amenities are top notch. I directly worked with Brandy, Elizabeth helped out with the process, and let me tell you, they are both amazing people, they go for the extra mile for excellence in customer service.

Relocated here for work and was looking at moving into a place as quickly as possible. Worked with Lindsey, who went out of her way to help me get into the apartment the next day and give me advice about the area! She is a wonderful and delightful person. The community is friendly and has been very quiet. I've made the right choice.

When moving to the area, we checked out 5 apartment complexes and Le Rivage was the best option, by far!
After two months of living here, I love it! Everyone that works here is so nice and responsive to your needs. Maintenance requests are resolved quick, trash collected daily, and the resort style pool/cabana area is beautiful. My pups love the dog park and there are doggie stations all throughout the complex to ensure easy cleanup.
I'm very satisfied with the rates and we have yet to have any issues with our apartment. Oh and did I mention, the Le Rivage Ladies really know how to entertain

I lived here for a year 15'-16'. It was by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. New appliances, granite countertops, a huge fenced in patio. The complex itself is fantastic. A trail around the outskirts that is just about 1 mile long. A wonderful pool and barbeque area. A fenced in area for the dog and an abundance of dog waste stations. The maintenance team here is fantastic. They keep the place in top shape and respond promptly to requests. The management team is superb. The front office was welcoming, kind, and beyond accommodating. I was apprehensive of renting here due

This is THE area for apartment living. Best service I have experienced so far. There are some trade offs with apartment living but this location makes up for any doubts you may have with the transition.
The staff is very helpful and timely from my experiences with the front office. This complex does confirm the phrase "You get what you pay for" evident.

Don't let the nice scenery fool you , the walls were made out of paper mâché. Living below a circus and a Mexican bull fight arena has really brought down my quality of life. You can hear every conversation through the walls to another apartment.. Even when other people bone. Have fun spending 1100+ to live in an apartment where you don't have any privacy, can't wait until I move.
Oh and management doesn't care about any of this. Save yourself the hassle, buy a fridge, throw it away and live in the box.
