We take great care in choosing our ingredients because they inspire our menu. Our beef comes from Texas cows that are sustainably raised, farm fed and hormone free. Our pork is 100% organic from Texas pigs that roam free, eating what they were created to eat. Most of our produce is from CSA-certified farms and organic whenever possible.

What a fantastic night. Great space, service, and food! Came as guests of regulars & we had a fantastic evening.
Food critiques:
* Butternut squash risotto was fantastic, though the brisket was a little too Texan (I can't believe I'm saying this 😂). The brisket/it all was delicious, but I'd love to see another protein/meat option paired with it!
* Souffle was my least favorite appetizer - again, not bad, but I wouldn't recommend over the other options!

Maybe we ordered the wrong thing but the portabello mushroom ap basically tasted of salt. The crabcakes were ok but a bit blah. The beet salad was really underwhelming; 3 slices of roasted beet, 4 slices of orange and no flavor added via dressing or seasonings. Main course for me was mussels which were good and the bread was very good. My husband ordered the brisket with squash risotto and it was very thin on the brisket portion. We tasted the Kale salad which was very good but on a somewhat limited menu, you really need everything to be good. The wine we ordered was ok especially for the price

Tried to make a reservation for a table of 5 and was told only outside seating for over 4 people. Weather is forecasted to be a low of 25 and high of 40. Live in the neighborhood and see this is a place for only parties of 4 or less. Too bad they don't accommodate neighborhood; doubt people will drive any distance for this restaurant.

I love this cute little place!! Very welcoming and respectful staff, when you walk in you instantly feel relaxed and welcome. When I sat down for my first time I knew exactly what I wanted and it was exactly what I wanted to to be! The bartender Tara was amazing! I highly recomend this restaurant for a quaint romantic dinner or a nice lunch with your girls! The food was exceptional all I heard around me were great things!

I can't say enough about how amazing this restaurant is. I'm not a French food fan but this is a modern take on French cuisine and it is absolutely amazing. Coming from California my expectations are very high of not only the restaurant but the staff. The staff here is one of the best I have ever encountered. I very highly recommend this restaurant over and over again.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner this weekend on the patio. The patio was shaded and so pleasant. Our server Charlie was darling, so personable and very helpful with menu choices. We had the Brie burger, chicken, crab cakes and Caesar salads. And cheesecake and mousse for dessert. The chicken was delicious and the mousse was decadent. We are so glad our friends suggested this fun spot. We will be back for sure.

Tuesday night, half the table were empty. As a solo dinner, the only seating available is at the bar.
A friend of mine who dines here frequently tells me to check if the owner is on site. Every bad meal he had, she wasn't. Every good meal he had, she was working the kitchen. Tonight, she wasn't so I declined the bar stool.

Fabulous dinner on the patio! First night back for Blues, Love and Trouble, and they were fab!! Special salad was incredible … shaved zucchini and honeydew (who’d combine that?!) with mint and lemon thyme dressing. Halibut was divine, and creme brûlée as French as you can get! Can’t wait to go back!!

This review is in response to Susan K, and her one star review of lies.
If you're going to leave a review, Susan, make sure it's factual and steer clear of lies. I was at the restaurant the same night you were, sitting close to your table. Based on your disgusting behavior and the huge scene you made, I had a feeling you would leave a review. The "wine spill" you're referring to, was actually done by your husband. Even that was an accident. You yelled at, and were incredibly rude to your server. Your severs name is John, by the way, and he was full of kindness and class

Food is good, without question. I have gotten food here around a dozen times. A bit over-priced for portion sizes. I thought the cheese bread appetizer was a rip-off once I got it and would never get it again. The scallops taste great but I only had 2 scallops to my order and would not get the dish again. On Wednesday nights, has $9 cheeseburger and fries, which tastes great and is a great deal. Often they put too much salt on the fries, tho.

I've been here about 5 times and I've loved my experience each time. Menu is lovely, food has always tasted good, and the drinks have also never disappointed. Temps are taken at the door and seating spaced out indoors and outside. My only complaint is that I placed a to-go order of the breakfast poutine today and they seem to have forgotten to include the eggs, which is kindof a major component to the dish. Otherwise my beef & cheese fries were quite delicious! Just bummed since I'd been looking forward to trying this intriguing dish for a few weeks.

Drinks? Great! Appetizer? Great! Dinner? Great!
Had the butternut squash ravioli and oh my goodness it was divine. The sauce was the creamiest with pieces of Walnut and butternut squash.
Unfortunately, my husband did not have the same experience. We ordered before 8 p.m. but they were already out of Coq Au Vin so he chose not to eat. To top it off, I did find it odd that no manager came to the table to apologize about it. I certainly didn't expect for them to just make a dish appear but...
Anyway, in our continued effort to support local businesses, we will definitely be back.

Amazing experience, vibe, decor, and food. I like that they have an indoor outdoor experience. My husband and I opted to sit at the bar. The bar tender (believe his name is Alex) was friendly, warm, and overall hospitable. He provided us with a nuts to snack on - they were roasted with honey and rosemary or thyme and super yummy.
I ate their crab cakes, burrata and cherry tomatoes with crispy onions and mussels dish and all of it was fresh and flavorful. They were paired with rose which was a nice touch in the Summer.
Normally I reserve a star for dessert and in this case it wasn't needed

Outstanding experience. We loved the ambiance and the food.
I recently had the Cesar Salad with Chicken - dressed up with a touch of Parmesan. We dined in the patio area with a cool breeze floating through.
I enjoyed the tartness of the dressing and the server was very attentive and kept us supplied with bread, butter, and cold drinks.
I like to try the specials when they have them available, the favorite being chicken with pasta! Love it.

A new French country bistro that was formerly a seafood restaurant, in the Lakeridge Village center at Audelia Rd & Walnut Hill Ave.
This shopping center recently rebuilt or remodeled to bring new eateries with the Bistro and Taco Joint already open and bustling with business. A couple more are on the way, including Vector Brewery.
I ate at Taco Joint next door, and curious about the Bistro, I walked over without a reservation. I charmed my way inside with a puppy sad face, works every time.
Main dining is very nice, if a bit compact with a full-service bar apart from the tables.

Oh la la!!! This is my new fave French restaurant in Dallas, hubby too! We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!
We rolled in one day for a spot of lunch & to check the place out & see what it was all about. What a nice little surprise this place is!
The decor is super cute & the PATIO is superb!!! We sat on the patio & we had a lovely time. It's traditional french, with French music playing in the background, delightful. Even the dishes are all real antique china with REAL ANTIQUE SILVER FLATWARE!!! My FAVE :))
Our server was very sweet, he had a nice long chat with us about

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Unexpectedly refined French bistro in an unassuming suburban part of Dallas.
Our friend who'd tried this place before recommended it for dinner one night and she didn't steer us wrong. Located in a regular ole strip mall with a gas station next door, the restaurant is in a newly constructed standalone building. So newly constructed, actually, that the landscaping in the front was still mostly dirt. Once inside, however, you forget about the rather drab exterior and settle into the comfortable retro-modern decor. We started things off with some cocktails: French 75 for
