We take great pride in our food preparation, and in the selection of our meats and ingredients.
From southern potato salad to smoked beef brisket, we'll have the guests at your next event smiling from ear to ear. Our Family Meal includes 4 of our baby back ribs, 1/2 pound of sliced smoked brisket, 1/2 pound of smoked beef sausage and a 1/4 of our smoked chicken. 2 medium sides of your choosing, and 4 of our honey wheat rolls.
The market rate for our protein options routinely fluctuates based on seasonal availability, so it's always best to check with an Off The Bone employee to confirm the accuracy of our prices. Items Available on Request for an Additional Cost: Condiments, Ice, Bread, Buffet Setup, and Plastic ware. Pitmaster Packages include condiments and bread.
As you have seen on the news, meat packing plants around the country have been closed for many weeks, resulting in drastic price increases for our restaurant industry. All proteins have been adjusted accordingly to restaurants. Unfortunately, brisket has been impacted the most. This week, we experienced more than double our normal pricing and with limited availability.

Legit BBQ. I mean when I saw the large ridged elbow macaroni for the queso (think melty Rotel cheese dip) I knew I was in for a party. Then toss in today's special sammich of pulled pork, crunchy fresh cole slaw, thick crunchy bacon, pickles and onions on a brioche bun. Angels cried, my friends. Angels cried.

I was in town for the weekend, asked the hotel I was staying at for local food recommendations, this place was on the top of the list and convenient. I am SO happy I came here. The food lives up to its name! The place is clean, plenty of parking, food came out quick and hot! I will absolutely be returning when I come to Dallas!

Ordered one of the combinations. Everything was perfect! Brisket was super tender and all the sides were to die for. Food was ready in a flash, establishment was clean, and workers were friendly. Would highly recommend!

Passing through Texas and stopping for some great Texas BBQ is a must and this spot did not disappoint! Great friendly service and delicious ribs and brisket! Perfect smoke on the brisket with beautiful and delicious bark. No need for a knife on either meat. The sides were awesome as well. Loved the fried corn

Delicious... Customer service was A1 which is very important. Flavor was soo good, spicy but not too much. My favorite were the seasoned fries, I'd go back just for the fries. The hot wings were a very nice size and perfectly cooked. My son gave the chicken 500 stars lol Only complaint would be that the food was a bit cold except for the fries but it's kinda of expected with BBQ as it's not cooked to order.

Off the Bone was off the chain something we use to say back in the day. The food was delicious. One of the best BBQ places in Texas We all enjoyed the food kids and all. The customer service was very good. The young lady that brought us our food went above and beyond. And I think I spotted a Eagles fan. Philly

Price point is based of 3 meat dish with 2 sides, a beer and cobbler. The food was ok just wish the meat was heated longer, Clearly wasn't straight off the grill or smoker and this maybe due to the time of day we were there. My fav was the sausage and the sauce. Serves was friendly and the place was clean.

Very clean restaurant. I got a 2-meat dinner and selected Potato Salad (my favorite), Baked Beans and Queso Mac & Cheese as my sides. The brisket was my favorite meat, however the ribs were tender and tasty! Love their BBQ sauce. The peach cobbler was so good, I bought a second one togo! Definitely going to visit again when I come back to Texas later in the year! I also had a chance to meet the owner Rose! She was a fellow PepsiCo employee who retired years ago. I forgot to ask for a picture, but will do that when I return!

Friends from out of town came in so when in Dallas BBQ is the place. When you drive up, know that it's located in an awkward location and parking is more available on one side. As you walk out of your car, THE SMELL, is there (NOTE: You know you're gonna smell like the place when you leave). When placing the order, you walk to the counter to order. Decided to try a new BBQ spot( typically I'm at Terry Blacks). Ordered the pulled pork ( other reviewers recommended), ribs, and the con queso Mac n cheese. Oh wow! - this Mac and cheese is all that. I'm only sad I got one serving of it. It has a slight bit of a kick( but it's subtle) and it's so delicious. They have inside seating, but it appeared that they were only doing take out- basing this on the fact that they put everything in a takeout bag- lol. The pulled pork was pretty good- I will definitely be back. The prices are definitely better than Terry Blacks. Both meats

The sandwich I had was bomb. The meat was juicy and so tender. The sauce and bacon hit the spot. I wasn't a fan of the slaw. I like mine cold and a little sweet. Theirs was warm and had a little kick to it. The gentleman behind the counter was kind and gave me a free fry and drink! The fires were some of the best I've ever had, they also had a kick to em! Definitely a must try!

The pulled pork was amazing, the baked beans were pretty good and the chicken was okay I wish we would have gotten the dark meat. Had to get the ribs again and the potato salad because those are amazing. I also really like the bread roll that is included it is sweet and soft and fresh! It's around the corner from where my sister stays so any time I visit I will definitely go here.

I was craving BBQ, so what better place to try than Off the Bone!!! I was so happy we decided to go here. The food was soooo good! There was no indoor dining, only outside. But the majority of people were just coming to pick up/ takeout food orders. But me, being me. I decided to sit outside in the 100degree Dallas heat. Hahaha it's okay, they umbrellas up for shade, but honey I was there for the food. So I didn't mind it. I got a pulled pork sandwich and man oh man... it was Good!!! All praise to Off the Bone. They are really something special

Friendly customer service and fast for carry out. I enjoyed the sides and the chicken wings. The brisket was pretty dry and felt like it may have been prepared yesterday (which would make sense given the expected demand on 7/4). But I would have loved to have a more juicy cut. The bbq sauce was also on point.

Nothing fancy here but good food. I was visiting Dallas past weekend and wanted to check it out since this place was on my " bucket list". I heard Off the Bones is a good comp to Pecan Lodge minus the long lines. Since I enjoyed Pecan Lodge, this place was a must!

Great location cool spot, unfortunately OK barbecue. The brisket is really good four out of five stars, the ribs are fall off the bone moist but have a little smoky flavor I would give them a two out of five. $14 you get 1 pint of sides most barbecue restaurants it's six dollars.
I got the potato salad it was homemade but very little flavor and I got the three meat spicy beans which once again very little flavor.
But any Texas barbecue restaurant knows better than to serve instant tea yes they have instant tea they don't even have real brewed Texas ice tea, and to add insult to injury
