Don’t get my wrong these places are nice , but not nice for 1500 plus a month , there small out dated , cheap carpet , cheap kitchen cabinets , the bathrooms are very small cheaply done , the walls are very thin can hear everything that’s going on . Just my thought , if your paying close to 2000 a month everything should be top of the line . It’s smart to check out the places before you decide before your locked in. I work for a private apartment, townhomes review company. 0 to 10 review .... this place I would give a 1 .

Staff was really easy to work with. Very Kind. Moving out was just a matter of giving them advanced notice. I've lived in 5 different apartments and this one was by far the easiest to work with in terms of maintenance, etc. When I was in on a Humanitarian Aid deployment (2 months) the staff brought my mail to my room (I requested a hold on my mail but there were a few things that the post office still sent me). The pool isn't very busy except for early in the season. You can also fish in the pond (catch and release). Did not have many maintenance issues and they were always quick to fix them when

Moved in June 19, 2020. So many wonderful things about living here. Two dog parks, swimming pool, with gas fire pit in covered lounge area with tv. Well lit complex with walking trail, water features. Bar B Q area with 4 gas grills. Lighted lounge area with another gas fire pit and Bocce Ball court and game. Grounds very well maintained. Very accommodating staff. Attention to detail always producing excellence. Quiet apartment living.

Absolutely love this place, high quality structure. You cannot hear any of your neighbors. The staff is amazing, Tawn, Laura, Bob and Mark all are very helpful and go out of their way to help with anything. All maintenance requests are fulfilled on the same day. Would highly recommend Gentry Square.

Living at Gentry Square has exceeded my expectations. Management has been incredibly easy to work with, proactive about maintenance, and they respond quickly. The apartment was as nice as they promised and showed. The amenities are well kept. Zero complaints other than I wish I could have stayed longer!
