I have been living here for a year now and I want to share my experience. I will explain both the positives and the negatives to provide a fair review.
Pros:
It is a beautiful new building with great amenities. They clean the apartment spotless before you move in. Since everything is almost brand new, you don't encounter many issues (i.e. break downs, cloaking, etc.). Great gym, pool, grills, common spaces, 13th floor rooftop is amazing. You will enjoy all the amenities a lot. Location is convenient, you are close to Path, Light Rail, JC downtown, Liberty State Park, etc. The apartments have

The maintenance team is super fast at responding to our requests. Jason has responded every time and been super professional, friendly, and efficient. He's done a wonderful job at resolving all of our issues and even taken the extra time to hang up our ceiling lights so that the bulbs are perfectly equidistant. Regarding the quality of my latest maintenance request:
Nick did an amazing job! We had an emergency situation late at night and he was available to help us through it. He was also very efficient, diligent, and able to knowledge share through the completion of each task. Nick was very personable and we would absolutely recommend his services to any tenant experiencing maintenance issues in the future.

I have been living here for a few months and I have to say that I wish I moved in a lot earlier. From the moment I received my keys, the staff has made me feel very welcomed and at home. I initially was concerned that the teams would not provide that special touch because of the size of the community. Nay Nay. I could not have been more wrong. David Reiss was a fantastic guide, and was super helpful when walking my girlfriend and I through the visit and application process. He was quick to respond accurately to any and all of our questions, comments, and concerns. He was very communicative, and helped us understand the leasing process from the get-go. He knows his buildings, and knows what tenants are looking for. Nothing is sugar-coated, and what you see is what you get. I definitely recommend speaking with him about applying for units.

Olek was wonderful and quickly fixed everything that had gone wrong in our bathroom. He showed up with a mask and gloves and was extremely neat and careful. He let us know that he'll always be available if we ever need anything in the future and left us feeling confident in any future maintenance issues!

Thanks to Cami I found a great place so quickly. Showed me many options and understood my taste, needs, and wants even before showing me the first few apartments. One came on the market an hour before I was scheduled to come in for another viewing, she showed me that one; and applied on the spot - she knew it was the one for me. She was incredibly helpful during the whole process, coordinated some building references, made the application process smooth, and was communicative literally around the clock to help.

Cami was a great agent for leasing at 333 Grand. We are moving in February but the process of finding the perfect unit was seamless and easy with her help. We contacted Cami about a different property and based on our wishlist and budget, she steered us toward the 333 Grand and 50 Regent buildings. The first unit she showed us was the perfect fit! Cami was very knowledgeable about available promotions, amenities and lease/moving questions. She responded very quickly via email and text and was super thorough and detailed. Review of apartment
We recently moved into 333 Grand St and couldn't be happier. The apartment and facilities are great. Management has been responsive and has resolved all maintenance requests quickly. The internet works well and was able to be activated before moving in so we could work from home without interruption.
We were fortunate to work with Cami who worked hard to find us the right apartment. She has gone above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and continues to check on us weeks after we moved in.

David Reiss at 333 Grand is awesome. I liked working with him. He is very responsive and take quick action. I never had to wait for any response from him. On my request he showed me multiple units multiple time and never made any complaint to keep showing the same units again and again. He made himself available to us as per our convenient time, even if it was too late on evening. Throughout the process he was very helpful and calm. He never pushed us for anything to get our business. For my any future apartment needs, he will be my first person to reach out.

We have lived at 333 Grand for nearly 2 years. In the beginning, we enjoyed living here. There were many amenities, fun organized social gatherings, and the staff is nice.
Now, I'm sad to say we seriously cannot wait to leave. Here's why:
1. LOUD CONSTRUCTION. No one told us when we signed that there was construction scheduled for a parking garage and a new building next door. The pile driving was insanely loud and drove many neighbors out of the building. Imagine constant pummeling over and over again for months. Even friends who live in Paulus Hook and Harborside

This review is specifically for the staff Nick Cukier, from maintenance. Nick is an absolute pleasure to work with, he is extremely professional and thoughtful in the work her performs. Too often do people come in just to do the task at hand, Nick does a fantastic job at analyzing everything happening in the apartment and seeing if there is anything else he can do to assist you. For us, after our ceiling fan install he recognized to maximize airflow from our AC unit, which has historically provided minimal airflow he could change the direction of the vents. 1 . The developer tried to get away with illegally building a roof with amenity space, extra large balconies for the 12 apartments that have them, used an illegal building substance for the facade. The fate of the roof is unknown at this point, but be aware if you try to ask property management what's going on - they lie to you and tell you they've been out of the office....
2. Property management - the absolute worst ever. Lies upon lies to the residents, and oh if you are a woman, don't expect to be treated like an
