Property manager Lashel and leasing agent Katrina have both been amazing in helping our process with getting a place to move in to the week of Christmas giving us the best rate and making the process as easy as possible! I moved into the Boulevard in January. I have been happy with my transition. I absolutely love the upgraded apartment I chose. My favorite part, is the backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Maintenance responses relatively quick when needed.

We have just renewed our lease and could not be happier! The apartment looks amazing and really feels like home for us. There have been a handful of minor maintenance issues which have been handled relatively quickly and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are also a lot of great business nearby which is a wonderful bonus. Looking forward to another year at The Boulevard!

The only thing I like here at the boulevard is the efficiency of the maintenance staff. I wish I had known that there was no gym on site. I only found out after I had moved in that they had a gym at their sister apartment and I had to pay some ridiculous fee to get a key to the gym. For the inconvenience, one would imagine that they would be given free access to this gym given that you already have to make a drive to get to the sister apartment. This is really a deal break for me.

Kudos to Mr. Jess and Mr. Leo for bringing and quickly installing my apartment's new appliances! Even though my fridge door has a few undesirable scratches on it, which reminded me of the time my new car received similar scratches after someone had keyed it a couple of years ago, I am still elated over having new major appliances for the first time. Kudos to Ms Tina! Also, a special thanks to the new maintenance serviceman, Mr. Jess for fixing that unsightly hole in my ceiling that's been there since hurricane Dorian. Great job! We have valet trash service daily except for Wednesday and Saturday

These apartments were much better when McKinley was dealing with them. This new office staff is awful and they've gone through so many staff members. They can't keep track of their own things. If you have any problems here with people they won't do anything about it they told me "call the cops and let them deal with it". They have 2 amazing maintenance people though so they are the only perk I can give you living here.
