The food is usually good, but after waiting 2 hours for my order to be delivered, it was cancelled. We were starving and waiting so long to eat. By the time we found out it was cancelled, it was too late to order from anywhere else and we had to go hungry. Absolutely unacceptable. If the restaurant is too busy to take orders that's fine, but to wait until 2 hours after the order was placed to cancel is not okay. Our night was ruined.

Went there at 320 in the afternoon waited 15 minutes to get my order taken and the woman would not let me get the lunch special. Wanted to upcharge me 3.00 for the same order. Did not care that I had to wait on her putting together an order for someone else. Lousy customer service and food is 9npy average at best. Go somewhere else.

I have been going to this establishment for years, but I think the place is under new management now and it reflects in the food. The food was decent before, just recently went yesterday to get food and the prices are higher but the food was not good at all. The wonton soup was oily and the food tasted like there was no salt in it. The pork fried rice barely had any pork, the same with the egg rolls. Very disappointed!

I have to say I have eat most Chinese restaurants and so far this is the one place I like for a few reasons like how they keep the place clean also take the covid-19 really seriously signs are up plastic covering the counter, hand sanitizer bottle for all to use on the counter and masks on the employees the food I have to say great they dont drown the food with oil but I have to see so I order one thing that most Chinese restaurants tend to fail on is the egg roll but here at Chine Wok theres no words to explain except delicious cook in perfection you just need to stop by and try for your self

Excellent food here ! Really first class Chinese cuisine. Had the Szechuan Shrimp today with hot and sour soup. Both great. The entree had big fat shrimp and veggies in a delicious tangy sauce. Very reasonable prices and you have your choice of large and small sizes for smaller appetites and to save money. Highly recommended !

What happened at this place? We've been ordering from here for years, and it's always been great. Not tonight. The wings were disgusting and inedible, and the duck tasted as though it was from last week. Threw both dinners away.
The egg rolls and egg fu young were decent enough, but not enough to go back here for the near future.
I'm pretty sure we can find someone else to take their place for our Far East cuisine.

When I was on vacation in Sanford Florida. I was out with my family .and we decided to get some Chinese food. And we came across China wok. A Chinese restaurant that the folks in Sanford already knew about.

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken lunch special from the picture they had on their menu. It came all separate with no veggies or the nice pineapple sweet glaze sautéed on the chicken. When I asked about the picture and why this came out different they responded by telling me "We do no make it like the picture" I replied "So these pictures are false?" She replied, "Yes, I am sorry" and walked away. I am absolutely disappointed with the level of customer service and will not be returning. No refund for the meal or any care for the customer. This place does not take

Ordered 2 orders of the General Tso chicken. When we picked it up, and opened the container to this heap of hard, dry and tasteless food. When we asked for a side of the sauce to kind of remedy a portion of the problems with the food, we were told it would cost an additional dollar. Then we were told they would not run our debit card, fir less than 5.00, so that we could buy the sauce. I will never give this restaurant my money again. Never again will I come to this establishment. There are too many restaurants in Seminole county who will appreciate my money.

My family has eaten here a few times. To be honest I’d have to say it’s not the best Chinese food but yet we’ve eaten here more then twice. I noticed the last time we ate here they had raised the prices. The website use to have a ton of issues, however it seems they have created a new website and seems to be working much better. I wouldn’t say the food is worth the price, yet again like I said my family has eaten here more then twice so I wouldn’t say it’s horrible, just not the best. This place seems to have some mixed reviews. I have been here many times and I have always found there food to be very good! I recommend giving them a try for yourself and making your own decision. My favorite dish of theirs is the sesame chicken. If you want something they have on the steam table made fresh they have no problem making it for you on the spot.
