Everything with The Villages has been very good for the most part except their maintenance staff member Carlos Menjivar absolutely hating my guts like he does as an evident actual fact based on how he has been so upset with me lately that I just recently that I figure that out about him all because of how he was relying so heavily on his hope that I would never ever figure that out about him.

Hot tubs are always closed! They have an additional dead bolt, 2 locks!! Just unnecessary at this point! And They just “forget” to open the locks all the time in my experience. I asked today if they can remember to keep them unlocked for our convenience, and the manager had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered! He told me he was closed at 5, it was 5:05, I asked if he could help anyway since he was there and they would be closed tomorrow and with the holiday I really wanted to ensure it would be open.....wow had no idea how RUDE would respond! I think if someone rents here they should

I looked at a lot of communities when deciding to relocate to Santa Rosa. After my second weekend trip, I found The Villages. I was sold after a simple drive through the community. It is located in a convenient area and has absolutely gorgeous grounds. The community amenities are amazing and the apartment home is beautifully upgraded. Coming from an older complex with a "sometimes working" laundry room, I am in love with my extra large capacity washer and dryer! Peaceful surroundings, with a ton of visitor parking. There is even a little shopping center within walking distance and a Walgreens super
