I worked here for 6 mouth's they want you to baby the residents an micro mange you they expect you to be perfect. Very low budget an have to put rep fixed on everything if you’re thinking about working here it’s not worth your time. The tech Chris is a Snich an will tattle on everything you do. The maintenance boss is cool af only good think about the property.

My fiancé and I lived at Huntsville Parc for 2 years while we saved up to buy a house. We had a great experience- the office staff is always friendly and helpful, the maintenance team is quick to make any needed repairs, the apartments and amenities are well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend Huntsville Parc to anyone looking to rent in the South Huntsville area.

Huntsville Parc has been nothing short of amazing. I am a college student and I’ve felt at home since the day I came for a showing. The maintenance always came in a timely manner. Rebecca that works in the leasing office has great customer service as well as the other office staff. I am moving out to be closer to my campus however I do recommend to any college student. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The only thing I had a problem with was parking. I would come in late at night from working and wouldn’t have a close parking space to my door. I am currently a resident here at Huntsville Parc. I very rarely write reviews about a place or someone, and I am going to do both. First, the apartment. The apartment is really clean, no disturbance, on-time maintenance, clear communication from staff, and really cool small (roughly) monthly events. Second, the staff. All their staff is really amazing, however, Becca, in particular, is the best! I honestly would suggest requesting Becca for anything. Lived here for 3 years, and loved it. Great amenities offered (car wash, gym, pool, business center, dog wash, dog park, and more!). Maintenance was quick, easy, and friendly. You have the chance to keep to yourself or be social and join the fun events led by the office. The staff in the office are fantastic people. While I am happy about my new place, I'm a bit sad to leave this place.

Becca and her team have gone out of their way to make our move a great one. I am so glad we chose Huntsville Parc after looking at so many other properties. Maintenance requests are fixed in hours, not days. The apartments are spacious, well insulated and quiet. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. I even got a card for my birthday! Can’t say enough great things about living here.

We have lived in Huntsville Parc for over two years and love it here. Before moving in we toured over 15 different apartment communities and decided on Huntsville Parc after reading the great reviews they received online. And now two years later we have not been disappointed. We love just about everything about the place. In fact we slightly considered not writing this review so as to keep it a secret ;) That would not be fair though to the team that works in the office. I leased twice with Huntsville Parc over the last 5 years. Both times were an immensely pleasant and smooth process. I would highly recommend staying at Parc apartments because they are safe, clean, generally newer, and both the administration and maintenance staff are exceptional. I once dropped my wallet outside my car after coming home and didn't realize it until a kind gentleman knocked on my door to hand it back to me! There have been numerous times I needed an issue fixed and maintenance was always there in a very timely manner. These are my favorite apartments and I would be excited to lease

I just moved in about two weeks ago but my experience here so far has been wonderful. The management staff has been very helpful and they have answered any questions I’ve had. Amanda was extremely helpful in signing me and getting things set up. She also provided me with information about the city since I’m not from here. The maintenance staff are… so helpful and nice. One of the maintenance guys, Tony, even helped me to move in. I highly recommend Huntsville Parc. The am entitled are very nice, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff are so helpful and kind.

We love living at Huntsville Parc! It was exactly what we needed - ground floor, no carpet, wheelchair accessible, walk in shower. I have managed properties before and I recognized good management when I see it - right here! And I gotta say that those maintenance guys are the BEST! Oh, and I am so pleased that the management allows me to have my bird feeders in front of our apartment. Keep up the good work, folks!
