I recently moved here in Fall of 2021 in a studio apartment. Dede was so great in helping me with any questions I had about the apartment and leasing; if I have questions today she is the lady I look for! The leasing process was very easy and quick. I am satisfied with my little apartment.
However, I will note that about 3 months after moving in my car, and three others that I was aware of, got their windows busted and broke into. Luckily I had nothing of value stolen and no one was hurt. I do not blame the apartment for the criminal act, but I do wish the apartment was equipped with cameras so

Bad experience. 0 stars. I had a terrible experience. They never answer the phone. They made me pay at the end for my roomates damage. You have to carry your trash to the back of the parking lot. They had the pool closed all summer to install an emergeny phone. I thought the workers were quite unhelpful and enexperienced.

I’ve since dealt with a couple of issues living here, nothing super entirely major but my biggest problem was an issue on their end being unable to give me online access to my account portal. This caused me to pay my rent late since I couldn’t pay online and it’s very difficult for me to do so in other means. I was extremely persistent in telling them what the issue was, why it occurred, and persistent in getting other things fixed. The staff is really kind and do work hard. I will say they did take care of the majority of what I’ve had problems with, and the regional manager

Absolutely loved living here, I never had any issues. I'm moving out bc my bf and I decided to move in together and we wanted a place that was unfurnished and a little bigger. I'm sad to see so many bad reviews and I think they might be a bit unfair. I've never had any issues with the employees they're all super friendly, hardworking, understanding, and accommodating. The maintenance staff is amazing and always responded to requests quickly. They keep the property very clean, it's so nice to come home to everyday. The office staff was so professional and polite, always happy to answer questions

Quiet place, so therefore peaceful. I like the vibe of the complex and so did my parents and this would be at the top of my list of places to move whenever I start school in the fall but unfortunately since I decided to stay in East Texas for school instead of moving I won’t be able to live here. But I definitely recommend it!

I absolutely love living here!!! I signed my lease a YEAR in advance in 2019 because I knew it was for me and I have not regret it. Even renewed for another 12 months. And then fortunately enough I became an employee here at Vitae as well and being to see all the residents and how kind they are has been great! This place is quiet and feels like home since it is a smaller community. As a small young woman who lives alone I feel comfortable staying here.
