Ramos had the nerve to ask me if I believe in karma and basically told me to sit on my hands and wait it out while me family does irreparable damage to me and my child. My family has used fraud and forgery to basically kidnap my son using the court system and she tells me i should not be so emotional. That's some sexist bs if i ever heard it. If you have more than a difficult case, save yourself some money and go find a lawyer who can handle a challenge.

Mary is one of the absolute best family lawyers in Houston. I retained her services for a very nasty custody modification my child's father brought against me that had mountains of allegations and spanned nearly five years. She was my fourth attorney on this ugly case. She is very smart and knows the law. She was able to quickly see issues and apply law where three previous attorneys had overlooked. I hired Mary Ramos for my divorce matter and came back to her for my child support matter. Great attorney. Very knowledgeable in family law. She knows how to handle difficult opposing sides. Hiring Ramos Law group was the second worst decision I have made in my lifetime. Do understand from my end, I better have some evidence or proof for making such a review of a law firm. I welcome anyone to contact me directly, will be glad to provide. From start to finish my experience was mired in what I would call is incompetence from a legal standpoint. I paid a significant amount for representation, received marginal services at best. Basic questions posed about case status would go unanswered weeks on end. When answered, they would be billed at an hourly rate for providing simple updates

"This guy" are the words the owner of this law firm uses to describe me, knowing he wouldn't say any of these lies to me in person. Excellent law firm. I had to hire a new lawyer when my original lawyer filed, but did nothing afterwards, whilst avoiding my calls. The knowledge, expertise and care shown for my case, not only by Mary Ramos but her entire staff, is unmatched in family law within Houston Texas. Not only Mary but her entire staff knew my husband's case, the needs of our children, the long standing issues present before she came on as the attorney in 2013 but she was able to make fair suggestions to allow my family to continue to grow with one another.
