My fiance and I moved into Liberty Square in June of 2017 and I would recommend the community to anyone interested! Lee Eyrick, the Property Manager, is very professional and attentive to all of our needs as residents. The move in process was great - the apartment had been updated and was spotless. Ongoing maintenance has been easy as well, Lee is quick to respond to any questions and Jim, the Maintenance Supervisor is friendly and always available. We plan to renew our lease this upcoming year due to the high level of service we have received from Lee - thank you!

I love liberty square apartments. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly before I moved in and the bathtub/shower, countertops, and carpet were replaced/refinished.
Put simply though, there are a lot of apartments around and the major reason I did move in here was because of the property manager, Lee. He made the application process simple and straight forward, accompanied my every request (like the things that needed to be replaced as they weren't to my standards) and even got me an insanely last minute showing literally hours after a person moved out of my current, beautiful apartment. He helped

I moved to Liberty Square in June 2016. I cannot give the Company or the Property a higher rating. The transition was seamless and as convenient as could be possible. The Property Manager Lee and Maintenance Spvr Jim have been nothing less than stellar and accommodating addressing my needs and managing the property as a whole. I've been a homeowner and an apartment dweller over the last 35 years and again i could not be happier I chose Liberty Square as a residence and i look forward to at least a couple more years as a tenant. I highly recommend the Company, the Property and the staff.

I recently moved into Liberty Square with my Fiancé as we needed to find a transitional apartment while we save for the purchase of our first house together. We began our search in the Amherst area and very soon found ourselves feeling flustered at the sheer amount of rental options in that area. Many of them proved to have similar features, pricing and size. When we found Liberty Square and began working with the on-site manager, Lee, we immediately knew we had found the right fit. Liberty Square Apartments are centrally located, close to all amenities and major thruways. Apartments are generous in size with updated kitchen and bath. Management is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly available for questions and or concerns. Affordable, extremely competitive in pricing, and well maintained inside and out!
