This is for the young lady name Perla. I have not met a more kind and gentle person that keeps it professional, but humble. Every time I needed a service request she was right there to help me. It takes a special person to deal with people of all walks of life and keep the same kind and gentle, compassionate demeanor. Always a smile, even in her telephone voice you can tell she really cares. Perla, I am so very happy that you are a manager here at this property. You are the best. I’ve been in the aria apartments for bout 3 years now and I have to say I love my home! Management is wonderful! Daisy is amazing! She very patient and understanding (funny too) pearly is sweet too she very easygoing and kind.. but what I really love about management is they are on top on everything!! If I ever have any problems or break downs on anything maintenance is there within 72 hours that alone keeps my nerves down, lol they keep the property clean as well I’m never embarrassed to have company…. So yea I’ll probably be here a while… for one my apartment is a pretty good size I

So it's been 3 years now and No matter how much I keep thinking I want to move I just end up signing a new lease 😂 I love it over here frm the maintenance all the way to the staff Perla And Daisy R awesome There always on they job And make you feel like they want to help and do what they get paid to do the maintenance Let's just say anything I've needed done always gets Done in a timely matter I can write a million reviews over and over about how much I love it here No roaches Always clean pool always open when it needs to be no loud noises at night no break ins you feel safe here and that's

From the moment we moved into our apartment it was fully put together with no fixtures to be made (unlike other apartments I’ve lived) the maintenance team is always on time and the office answers the phone whenever I call to help with my concerns right away. They have an app that keeps residents up to date with things that are going on and there’s food trucks that come out to the apartments!!!!

Perla Garcia waited for me to sign my lease and get my keys, she was patient with me to get to her because I was driving 22hours and 2 minutes from Maryland state. Her warm welcome made me realize that this is going to be a good apartment to call a HOME.
Got to my apartment and it looked exactly the way I saw it online. I risked it all and it was more than words.
So serene, I came to Texas to start afresh and I am happy calling Aria Apartment and Homes my Home.
The service request was fast and resolved fast as well.
Pest control handled the insect fast and it was all gone.

*I lowered my stars because of the constant hot water shut off. I’ve been here a month and it’s already a consistent thing with shutting the hot water off. One of the reasons why I left my old apartment. I hope they get it together.

My boyfriend and I were forced to move fast due to foundation issues and with the housing market being a wreck an apartment is all we could get. Perla listened to our situation and worked on getting us a wonderful unit as quickly as possible. She’s been very helpful and empathetic through this process. We love the unit we got and so far are happy with everything else. It’s a great location! I love that Perla remembers me by name every time I come into the office. She always asks how we’re doing and if there’s anything in the apartment that she could put in a maintenance request for us.

This place is the most well kept property I’ve ever seen. They cater to your comfort and the manager Miss Daisy is the type of person you rarely meet. She’s kind and genuinely seeks to go above and beyond to help with everything that it will take to make sure you’re satisfied with your choice to move here. During the snow storm I watched her comfort the tenants and assure that every issue would be handled. Very efficient. She deserves a raise for handling of this alone. Hats off...
