Andii and Jose are two of the most kind hearted and understanding people I know. They made us feel so comfortable the day we met them and got us through the process quickly. In all honesty, living at Tierrasanta Ridge was one of the BEST rental experiences I've ever had. I try to stick to renting directly from an owner, as property management has been very frustrating in the past, but I 100% back up Tierrasanta Ridge, as well as HG Fenton (big shoutout to Jorge & Jose!). The staff seems to be happy to be at work - everyone is friendly, helpful, and I felt that every concern was heard and worked out. We unfortunately had to relocate for work, so we had to break our lease, but the team was helpful throughout that whole process as well. We really miss the genuine customer

Jorge was very helpful and understanding of my fiancé and I’s situation and provided us with all the information and answers we needed. Although we decided to stay at another location that Jorge recommended to us, I would in all honesty, send someone to check out Tierrasanta Ridge in a heartbeat. We lived here about 4 years ago and moved away to Texas and Washington. Now we're back and very happy to come back to the same place! The people are friendly the grounds are kept up, it's generally quiet and the streets are walkable! Great place to live! Andii is such a great person and very energetic! Lee is probably the coolest Maintenance man out there!

Overall, Tierrasanta Ridge Apartments was a solid first home for us moving from NorCal during covid. The leasing staff was very attentive during the move in process. We had an upgraded unit with a washer/dryer, it was in excellent condition and we were able to have a dog. There were quite a few bugs like roaches and bird mites- but that came with the location, and parking was very competitive. We were very disappointed in the move-out process and billing. Someone came and inspected our apartment prior to us moving out and we were not advised what needed to be fixed, cleaned, or what the “painting”

My family moved here not too long ago but have lived here in the past. I have got to say the management has gotten so much better! Jorge Murueta is the best! We are so grateful to him, I bugged him a lot about a different unit (we needed a first floor desperately) but I’m just glad he never forgot about us. Both before we moved here and after he always responded to my messages in a timely manner and helped us with everything we needed to make this community our home. Between Jorge and the friendly maintenance staff, I’m pleased with our decision to move here.

My husband, daughter and two dogs moved in to this complex about two months ago. When we first came by to check it it out, I think we both new right away this was it! We worked with Andii, who was so incredibly helpful and on top of everything from the start. Do We checked out the model apartment and decided to not go with the upgraded version. We are totally happy with that decision. Our family loves living her so far! We have already started taking advantage of weekends at the pool. The grounds are always kept to nice and beautiful. I moved in a year and 1/2 ago downstairs appartment my upstairs neighbor moved out they put crappy flooring i can hear everything its horrible im very disappointed in the cheap floors they put in the upstairs appartment the rent is 2100.00 to 2400.00 and its value has depreciate the value of the appartment the owners just depressiated tierrasanta ridge apartments im not moving upstairs i live downstairs only i dont know what they are gonna do about this horrible situation but im gonna reserch the laws on this i was told you cant put flooring up stairs only carpet

I would like to give an awesome review to Tierrasanta Ridge. I was a resident there from 2020 - 2021 and have nothing but good things to say about my stay there. I had to move due to me needing to be closer to work and unfortunately will certainly miss the attentiveness of the staff I encountered there.
Jose Soto was great from the day I was looking to move in and made the process so easy for me during the time I needed it the most. His attentiveness continued consistently throughout my lease and I always felt I could reach out if I needed something until the day we moved out. Even my move out

Best move in experience ever. Jose Soto was the kindest and most understanding guy, he was even understanding about my Husband (who was on deployment at the time) being unable to do some of the tasks and paperwork until later. he helped us get our keys when we arrived late from a 12 hour drive. he answered inquiries quickly and helped us with our packages. very kind and professional man. wonderful to work with.

I moved here in February last year. So, it's been about 11 months now. I've been pretty happy. The neighbors are super friendly. Also, this area is so quiet and safe that I love taking a walk with my little kids in the neighborhood every day. Most of all, the staffs are really helpful. The maintenance service is very quick. It is almost done by the very next day. I am grateful to Jose. He is kind-hearted and professional. When I settled into San diego, he really helped me. Moving here was an excellent choice.

Jorge was excellent helping me moving in! He was so patient answering all the questions and concerns I had, from the beginning to the end! Always answering my emails and phone calls!!!
I wasn't expecting such a great dog park space! I have my Labrador Sussy and she is so happy meeting new friends at the community. Parking wise I have no complaints at all! There is plenty space at the street.
I loved the stairs challenged on the corner, going up and down its a really great workout 💪.

My husband and I have recently relocated to San Diego from Dallas. After reading many positive reviews online, we decided to check out Tierrasanta Ridge. Scott and Jorge were by far the most helpful and considerate people I have ever worked with on leasing. They consistently went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have infectious personalities that are instantly recognizable when you enter the leasing office. After viewing the property, they gave us many tips about moving to San Diego, even giving us some suggestions for local bars and restaurants to check out that are LGBTQ focused. Unfortunately

Wow! I can only comment on my application process to move in.
Jeremy is simply amazing and is one of the main reasons we chose to lease this apartment. I am surprised he is not working in a higher paying white collar role because he is that good. His communication is first class.
Today, just before move in he surprised us with a few bonuses in the apartment that were not listed when we reserved it. Lets just say, so grateful for the attention to detail in preparing our apartment space.
Jeremy, would love to see you get a raise or compensation for all you fo above and beyond for property management

Very convenient area. Everything is close by. You would think because they are pet friendly there would be lots of barking dogs or what not, ironically its a very quiet area. Maintenance around the complex is great!
Customer service in the leasing office is AMAZING! I would love to give kudos to Jeremy for a smooth transition move. He has helped us with the move in process less stressful and I cannot thank him enough. He makes us feel like home by providing tips, ideas, and suggestions to eat around the area. I don't usually review. However, this has been the worst move out experience ever.. it's been since September of last year and they still manage to find some way to make it worse.
Initially it's seemed like there was ample parking, but that's because everyone is working during the day.. you're lucky to find a spot 2 blocks away any time past 6. We only stayed one year.
If you do make the mistake of staying here TAKE PICTURES!! We lost the deposit and still owed for "cleaning". Even though we turned it in looking better than how we received it! I guess cleaning

Everyone at this apartment complex is super friendly! Jeremy Moore in the leasing is beyond helpful and very caring! My sister and I moved in last December and couldn't of been happier with the apartment we got. My boyfriend and I just moved into Tierrasanta Ridge. This is our first lease we signed together so we were both very nervous but, it couldn't have been a better process. The entire process from viewing the models, to signing the lease, to moving in, was smooth and helped put our minds at ease. We worked with Alejandra from the start and she handled all of my questions and concerns with a smile on her face despite how crazy I might have sounded.
