We just moved out two weeks ago and lived here for two years! We loved it here but our family is growing and we needed more space. Maintenance was always amazing and super quick with requests. The office staff was great to work with and even extended our lease a few extra days so we could move into our new place. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve called Clearpoint Valley home for almost three years now and the staff in the office, along with maintenance have been amazing! Whenever we needed anything from maintenance it was handled quickly and professionally. So many wonderful memories created here and my favorite of all was getting married at the Clubhouse in February of 2019. If you are looking for a big money saver and want a smaller wedding, it’s the perfect place and photographs very well! The only reason we are leaving is because of purchasing our first house! (Yay!)

Hands Down, this management company takes great care of the property and takes care of Business! We renewed our lease in April, and we are so glad we did. The Office Team is very attentive, and they dispatch maintenance immediately or same day for important issues. During the Winter months, snow removal for the parking lot and walkways is amazing! During the Spring, Summer and Fall Months, the landscaping is very well kept , and you can really enjoy your patio areas. This was a great find for us, and hopefully you will feel the same.

I have lived at Clearpoint Valley for about two months. All requests for work orders have been completed very quickly, usually after one business day--or less! Communication is very fast between management, emailing is a great way to work out questions. Grounds are clean, well kept, and new updates

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and I don’t have any complaints about the property or our townhouse. We’ve really enjoyed and continue to enjoy our stay at Clearpoint. Our townhouse was new with updated appliances and flooring when we moved in, we haven’t had to make any maintenance requests thus far and it’s been peaceful living here.
The grounds are kept cut and clean and there’s lots of nearby shopping and entertainment. The only possible complaint I could come up with is sometimes you’re able to hear the neighbors next door, but this isn’t a big enough issue

I've been in my unit for 6 1/2 months and everything has been positive! The complex is located between 44th and 28th, which means it is super close to everything. Management has always been very friendly and helpful. Only thing I don't like is that if you sign lease with a roommate and if they stop paying, it completely falls on your shoulders. If I could suggest improvement for this place, that would be it. Remove the equal responsibility clause and go after tenants who do not pay their share.

I have nothing but good things to say about Clearpoint Valley Townhomes! The grounds are extremely clean and well-maintained. Neighbors are quiet. The office managers are extremely friendly and helpful. Additionally, the maintenance crew are second to none. We have had a few minor maintenance issues and they were resolved the same day. I highly recommend that you check them out if you are looking for a place to live.
