The new community manager, Jacob, is an amazing person. I recently had to leave another community he was managing before this, due to domestic violence. I wasn't even his tenant anymore, but he still went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. He made sure I got my refund check even though he had to get it re-issued (because it also had my abuser's name the first time they sent it out) I would 100% rent from this man again. I recommend any place that Jacob manages.

Beware do not rent here . No security and high crime rate . 4th package missing and neighbor lost 340 dollars on stolen package . Last night someone idiot drilled gas tank of 40k truck to steal gasoline spilling 20 plus gallons in the parking lot . Repair will be expensive . If you have any property in patio rest assure it will be gone . Don’t worry about spending more on a gated community because price for rent here is outrageous and safety is second to none .

We lived at Hampton Court from April 2018-April 2020 and had an overall good experience. We liked our apartment's layout and features; the best aspect was the large master bedroom and the high ceilings on the second floor. Assigned parking was a bonus! We had a few problems with loud neighbors but nothing major.

Mayra has been great to work with as a prospective renter! The homes are spacious and the scenery is lovely. Two parking spaces are included with rent! Still weighing my rental options, but this place is high on my list.
I will say, the unit I toured wasn't in incredible shape; there was a hole in one of the bedroom doors, the appliances were a little older, and some of the kitchen cabinets could use an upgrade. But would still make a great home.
