Kendall House Apartments is a small garden-style 160-unit community with one bedroom/ one bath apartment homes. Located in the Village of Pinecrest, we are close to shopping, the Metro-Rail, busses, Dadeland Mall, major highways and UM. All our homes are corner units that provide plenty of privacy and comfort. We do not discriminate based on race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, handicap or familial status.
Services
In order to protect the health, safety and welfare of our residents, we will not admit applicants that are or have been involved in criminal activity, or applicants whose family members (those that would occupy the apartment together with the applicant) are or have been involved in criminal activity.
No, we can only hold an apartment for you once you've completed an application and paid the non-refundable application fee ($ 75.00 per person) and the reservation/holding deposit ($ 250.00). What if I change my mind after I submitted my application? You will lose the deposit unless we can rent the apartment to someone else for the same move in date that you had chosen.

I have 3 years living in this hidden paradise. Location is just perfect, everything you need can be reached on foot. The neighborhood is super clean, quite and relaxing. The staff is amazing, friendly and educated. Everything is well maintained. Frank (Mitch Buchanan) and Lourdes are the prefect team.

I lived here 7 years ago. The staff is wonderful and the community (gated) is well kept and safe. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood convenient to everything you will need. It is also right across the street from the train which takes you downtown and to the airport. If I had to live in Miami again, I'd definitely go here. I 100% recommend.

Well.........we live here about 4 years and we will move out very soon, here is a very safety and very nice place, the people are nice in Kendall House, the manager is a gentlemen, the people work here are all very good. the reason that we are going to move because the apartments policy, we have 2 children, there're too many people to stay in, they inform us to move out before Feb. that's only 1&half months left, they dont let us stay until my son finished this year, actually i understand that, but that's really tough for us, since my son is studying in this school zone, we can't move too far away

This is absolutely the best community ever. We lived there about 1 year and half and if we didn't have to leave the town we would continue to live there longer. The manager Frank is very polite and responsible , the maintenance are very friendly and helpful , they are there for you even at 11 pm . They really care about this place and the landscape and the pool are always clean and beautiful. There is a really quite place for who doesn't like noises . We highly recommend this place .
