From the moment I walked in the office, I was greeted by exceptional friendliness and kindness. Thomas! You are amazing! From the start you have been supportive, friendly and very informative. You were so positive about everything. We felt comfortable and welcomed. No matter how many times I called to ask questions, Thomas answered everything little question I had. My husband said that this is the first place he feels at home. Enclave is beautiful and well kept. We look forward to coming home everyday. I couldn’t have asked for a better community to be a part of.

Lived here for three years, at first staff was awesome but as staff was changed the quality of service decayed with it as well as the quality of the amenities decayed. Had to leave during the pandemic when cash flow was low and business is business (expect this kind of heartship in crisis), because of how uncomfortable it got of living in there and had to deal with rowdy neighbors not caring about the amenity rules amd noise ordinance. Oh! If this type of review is written on Google, expect a call from Reps offering cash to either remove the review or give a better review that they do not deserve

My husband and I are making military related move, and we looked at a variety of apartment homes in the San Diego area. Enclave stood out as one the best, and the staff really go above and beyond.
We worked with Angelica E., and she was wonderful. We had so many questions and preferences throughout the process, and Angelica was responsive, kind, and professional. She really made this process easy for us!

Kati, Alexis, and Thomas are the best and Enclave at Otay Ranch was amazing! My family and I moved from Germany to San Diego and while waiting for our home to finish, we stayed at Enclave. Kati worked with us weeks before we arrived when we were faced with obstacles, she took care of it. The maintenance staff responded to trouble tickets swiftly and the upkeep of the property was great. We had to extend at Enclave twice due to our closing date being pushed back, the front desk staff (Kati, Alexis, and Thomas) worked with us and allowed us to stay. Although the apartments, amenities, and location are outstanding, the staff at the Enclave is what really sets this place apart. The staff has great hospitality and make you feel right at home. Angelica was my leasing agent, i'd recommend asking for her! She didn’t try to sell the place to me, but she tried to find what I was looking for. But everyone there will you treat you like family. That is hard to find living in California.

The complex itself is extremely nice and everything is upgraded. What I appreciated the most was the leasing agent by the name of Angelica Estrada, she helped me understand the lease and even helped me out to transfer to an upgraded apartment! She always kept me in the loop and made sure I got what I needed when I needed it! Definitely will continue to be a resident here!
