I’ve really enjoy living at The Cotswolds. I’ve lived in one other apartment complex that was a bit of a nightmare, so I’m glad to live in a community where the management strives to make sure we are taken care of. I’ve been able to conveniently submit maintenance requests, that have all been fulfilled the same day. The office staff I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, Elizabeth, Claudia and Brett, are always kind and professional. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors or parking. Poor management. Moved in less than a month ago and this is the filth we pull out of this disgusting carpet daily. I literally have to change the vacuum filters after each cleaning. The stains are beyond… cleaning, but that is all they will offer to do is to keep cleaning the carpet that is beyond it’s lifespan. Mom and I are allergic messes and the cat is even sneezing all the time! We have very expensive air purifiers, and I just put new filters in yesterday. They are Oransi and filters are above $400 the units. In our house we sold we got 9 months out of a set. I’m banking

The Cotswolds of Fresno have been a very pleasant place to live. The apartments have modern furnishings, compared to the surrounding areas available for rent. Our apartment had all major appliances, including washer and dryer. The price is nothing, compared to peace of mind. We live in a safe, gated, and quiet area with an equally quiet neighborhood with close location to stores, especially the River Park shopping center. We haven’t had any issues with parking. This is not a bad place to live, however there are some issues that repeat themselves and will cause you stress. The parking is horrible people will park right behind you in the red blocking you in not a joke. There has not been one month since we have been here where everything worked correctly. I hope my experience will improve but for now this is what it is.

Claudia and her team made it easy to move into my Apartment. They answered all of my questions and these are the nicest apartments I've seen in Fresno. The staff is friendly and is on it when it comes to repairing anything and providing assistance. Everything is well maintained and nice. I really recommend these Apartments.

It is just not suitable for a Senior Citizen with disabilities. They do not have walk in shower stall
and the electric stove get very hot even on the simmer. The Kitchen Selves are too high for me to reach. They do not provide any lighting in the living room and the bedrooms.
For me it is a big trial. I have had situations when I ask them to fix the lights switch Plugs that are not working. They have been charging a huge amount. for electricity and they charge for Water, Trash Removal. The carpets are old and worn out
I am using 5 Table lamps in the bed room and 5 table lamps in the living room

We’ve been renting here at Cotswolds for 18 months and it has by far been the best apartment complex either of us have ever stayed at. The staff is friendly and approachable and attentive to the needs of the tenants. Their online maintenance requests are efficiently managed. They provide routine maintenance for the air filters and just recently installed a nest thermostat. They have always worked around my crazy night shift schedule as to not disturb me on the days I needed to sleep. I’ve been living here for 6 months and I love it. Claudia and her team are the best! Thankful for Claudia! Leasing an apartment from hundreds of miles away seemed hard but Claudia made it easy and took her time to help me out. These apartments are the nicest ones in this area 😁 I highly recommend living here.

I’ve lived at various different apartment complexes (we travel for work during the summer) I can honestly say this staff is the best we have ever had. They are so amazing, so helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure we are so comfortable and our needs are taken care of. Christian has bent over backwards for us making sure we are happy and our needs are met. She’s amazing!!! Also, the grounds crew and maintenance guys are the best I’ve EVER seen. So friendly, respectful, and genuinely good people. I recommend this place!!!

So as I’m starting to pack up my apartment I start thinking back on this place. I have lived here for almost a year now and all my life lived in a apartment complex. Never have I had a place like this. Claudia and Christian and more then managers here. They are my friends and I’m so sad to be leaving them! And the gentleman that help every time I… call for new light bulbs, or clogged toilets or even to help with my vacuum! I've never written a review or posted an online comment in my life, but I felt compelled to do so for the first time to let others know how much I really enjoy living here at the Cotswolds. I've moved a lot over the years and this is by far the best place I've ever lived.
I'm surprised to see others have had such an unfortunate experience living here (based off the other reviews) because I have had the complete opposite experience. This place really has a comfortable "home" feeling every time I drive through the gate. The upkeep of the complex surpasses any other place I've lived at before. Hands

Costwolds is a 5 star property with the most amazing costomer service oriented people plus maintanence crew you will find in Fresno. Beautiful place! The owners keep up the property, and care about the grounds and especially the landscaping. One can always tell by the appearance of the entrance, the cleanliness and upkeep of a property and basic curbside apeal. I'm on my third year ~ love it and the people here! Suzi~
