If you want to spend a lot of money, listen to broken promises, have all your calls and emails ignored, call this firm. Elliot refused to answer or return calls for weeks at a time. He couldn't get a bogus charge dismissed, because he ignores your communications until it's too late. He claims a lot of success dismissing charges in these easy cases, but that's clearly not true. The DA finally found out the truth-pure BS, and zero evidence, dropped all charges, but not before I wasted lots of $ on someone who apparently isn't too persuasive. It should never have gotten that far

Mr Silver called and emailed me to ask to remove my review trying to play super nice for his benefit again.
We lived a year of our lives dealing with this rude, no skill lawyer. You think I would have some reservations in giving someone you should be friends with at this point a bad review. I do not- because he seriously is the worst.
My brother did not admit to this crime in a text- he simply admitted he was "guilty

So as you can see from my screenshots I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes with his paralegal. She asked me to briefly explain my situation so I did.
