TRASH SCAMMERS REFER TO TEXAS LAW BOARD ON GARY WARREN!!! One of the biggest mistakes in my life going with this group. SCAMMERS!!! Whoever have given these reviews MUST be related or friends with these folks because I didn't come NEAR that kinda experience!!! They were 48 minutes late to my 1st hearing, BLAMING rush hour traffic on a Wednesday morning heading into Dallas due to an accident, who'd have thought, right? Had no idea how to process my bankruptcy. They get kickbacks every time they send someone chapter 13. Secretary told me "I should eat crackers." To save money to pay them. Snakes. Steer clear.

Fast, friendly and professional experience. We used them for estate planning preparation and creating a will. We didn't have any complicated issues that should cause much pause, so ours was probably a fairly typical event; for that I can't speak to how they handle complex issues. What I can say is that they made the process of preparing wills and estate planning easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with similar needs.

I can't recommend this law firm for family law matters. I retained them in the early stages of my divorce process. I was the petitioner in the case with the first filing made for court ordered child support. At the hearing for child support I found out my ex had counter filed for divorce, sent the documents to this firm two weeks prior since they were my attorney and no one at the firm informed me. I found out while I was on the stand being crossed examined at the child suport hearing. To add insult to this, when I received my statement from the firm a couple of weeks later they billed

My wife and I recently found our financial world turned upside-down. We were dealt a crushing blow from out of left field that we never could have anticipated or prepared for. Recently a friend of mine shared with me that she is having to file for Bankruptcy in Dallas. After a bad divorce, lots of family issues, she has decided that filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy is the way to go. I asked a few friends and we where referred to Christopher Migliaccio of Warren & Migliaccio. These guys are great!! Not only did they take time to sit down with my friend their costs were reasonable and they have made the whole process not as excruciating as it was thought to be. I hope I do not have to ever file for bankruptcy, but if I did, I would surely use this attorneys. 5 stars
