Don't know who the guy is at the car wash, but he pre-treats your car and is about the nicest guy around. Instead of dawned on those high priced car washes, take care of a local guy trying to do something positive for him and his family... Every time we give him a couple dollars, and after reading this I feel compelled to go get my Christmas tip!

Josh (the service manager) and the crew are solid folks, and do great work with a swift turn time. Most recently I've relied on these fellas to mount and balance five tires on new rims for my old Jeep, and they've done it in the same day at about $25 a tire all-in. They've done work on my daily-driver Mazda, and I go to them for all my State Inspections, all quick, professional, and most importantly, communicative. Real solid old-school crew here, and gonna take my rig in again (carburetor tuning is an art, after all).

The service manager has been so helpful the past few times we have gone. He replaced lightbulbs when we just stopped in for help. He also did an inspection for our daughter’s car before she headed to college. He was very honest and said the brakes will need to be done but it could wait until winter. They are very professional, kind and honest. Highly recommended.

This review is for the state inspection service. I have made the mistake of going to other places because they were closer and the other shops have always tried to manipulate me into getting unnecessary services I don't need. This shell location was easy, quick, and organized. It's first come first served and they have a dedicated lane to drive through for the state inspections. I went on a weekday in the afternoon and the whole thing including waiting a few minutes while the car ahead of me was inspected was 30 minutes. The inspector was courteous and you can wait inside the gas station

Best shop I've ever been to. Everyone is so nice. Tony helped me with a nail in my tire this morning, was able to pull it out and find that it did not reach the air, sent me on my way and didn't even charge. I go there for all my service needs, as you can trust these guys, they are truly the definition of a place you can count on. Thanks so much as always!

Had a worst experience this morning with the gas station cashier at 6 am. I told the cashier that the tire pump didn't work and was told "so what?"...I coudn't believe what I heard...so I courteously told him again that the pump was broken then he yelled at me saying "do I need to say the same thing twice?"...I'll never use this station again...

Okay, so I came here to get gas about three months back and I bought a car wash with my gas. Usually get a car wash that day, but it was very busy. Everyone had the same idea as I did. I am a very busy person so the next time I came to get a car wash it was busy again! So now it's three months later and I went to go use my car code and noticed that my code expired! I paid 12 dollars for my car wash, but I would have never thought that it would expire. I recently took my car here for state safety inspection and oil change, and was impressed with the level of service at McLearen Shell. It's an old Toyota that I use as a commuter car, so I wasn't sure how much work it would need to pass. Josh looked it over *before* performing the actual state inspection so that they could tell me what was likely to pass or fail. That way, they could fix what needed to be fixed and order the parts proactively. I came back the next day, when they got the part in, and they were able to install it and get the inspection done first thing in the morning.

The nice gentleman working there helped my wife and I wash our truck. During the car wash there was a mechanical problem with the car wash that had to be reset. Upon driving out to inform them, he was already standing out with a smile on his face and turned it back on for us. He went the extra mile by standing there to ensure the car wash ran the full cycle. Keep in mind this was all of the 4th of a July! Made our 4th!! I'd give our experience 10 stars if I could!

They called me and said my car was done before 5pm. I went to pick it up at 7pm and they had lost my keys and were unwilling to do anything about it and told me to come back the next day. Complete disrespect for my property and my time.

This is my fourth or fifth time going to the McLearen Shell for my auto service and it is by far the best I've ever been to. They are honest about what actually needs to be replaced for your car, whereas other auto services including my own dealer have tried to rip me off and take advantage of me. McLearen Shell even fixed a small issue for me at no charge! I will keep coming back!

I dropped off my truck for oil change and state/emissions inspection. I ended up needing new brakes & rotors to pass. The mechanic was super friendly, honest & knowledgeable. It ended up being very reasonably priced & bonus! I even got a discount on the break pads, they were on sale :)
