At Cambria, our goal is for your apartment home to be a place you enjoy coming home to every day. Comments: Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is per pet.

I initially wanted to leave a review after another great interaction I had with the staff, specifically Rayna, but Savanna has been incredible in the past as well. I went for Yelp since there is only one other one on here.

I experienced thinly veiled racism and disrespect from the mediocre leasing agent Rayna. She made me feel uncomfortable as a black person being there. It's clear they don't care about diversity and they racial profile and discriminate. I met Rayna at 46 Penn on accident. The apartment was 2 blocks away but she didn't offer to give me a lift she made me walk while she drove. Very classless I've experienced better at nicer places.
As we ended the tour she said "just so you know we require 3x the monthly rent in order to be able to stay here. Are you sure you make that?

Nice, quiet apartment but when my daughter was ready to move out, at the end of her lease, they say we owe another month's rent because she didn't fill out a "notice to vacate." They are not willing to negotiate at all, even though we have paid every month, on time, and she caused absolutely no problems while she lived there. Very very disappointed...

I have been living at Cambria for at least 5 years and have always loved the location and my unit, as well as their maintenance care. Most recently, I reached out to their management office regarding replacement of carpet. The manager, Savannah Gochenour, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very attentive to my communications, timely scheduled coming to my place and checking out my request, then scheduled the carpet replacement really quickly. Best apartment complex I've ever rented from! I absolutely loved the location on the Plaza. My move-in was a breeze and so was my move-out. I cannot tell you how helpful their staff and management was throughout my two leases. When I re-upped my lease I requested a fresh coat of paint on the walls -- Cambria had painters out within the week. The other residents that live there are very friendly and the cost of rent is very reasonable for the area. Also, the parking is very convenient. I have lived here for almost 2 years and it is best apartment experience of my life. After living up north for most of my life, I decided to give "city" living a try. As soon as I walked into my apartment, I fell in love with the view and moved in a week later. The management group is top notch. They are always running events, and in Covid times, they ensure that people feel safe and are safe when they attend. The maintenance people are so kind and very thorough and attentive. I love living at Cambria (where I have the best view of the plaza anywhere)

Beautiful, spacious, modern, fantastic location, marvelous staff. We love leaving at Cambria Luxury Rentals. I and my friends have been leaving here for almost a year. Our experience are awesome. The interior of each apartment have a unique design but the most interesting things that impress me the most is the view to the plaza at dawn is like I am lost in a romance story. I moved to Kansas City for work and stayed at Cambria in an Airbnb unit for a couple of weeks while looking for an apartment. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in the building and short walk to Plaza restaurants and shops, so decided to lease a studio here. Balcony is great, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator make for easy daily living. Electronic entry to parking, building and elevators is easy and secure. Assigned parking is a big plus in this area of town!

Best apartments in Kansas City!
We have enjoyed Plaza lights, Fireworks and Chiefs win right from our patio. It’s been 2 years and we have never faced a single issue with the apartment.
The staff is usually responsive to emails or any calls. The apartment entry and exits are very well secured.
We were out on vacation and the staff took care of our plants and we really appreciated that. Overall a very homely place to be.

This might be the only place where you can overlook the entire Plaza and have direct sunlight in your rooms. It is professionally maintained. The management team is beyond helpful. I requested servicing three times in the past. All problems were fixed the next business day. The only reason I would move out is me getting a house. Cambria is perfect.

I have been a resident at Cambria Luxury Rentals for over 7 years and I have zero complaints. The community of residents are friendly, quiet and respectful. The location of the building is perfect for Plaza dining and shopping, trips to nearby Brookside/Westport/Crown Center/Crossroads and jogs to Loose Park. The floor plan of my unit (1-bedroom/1-bathroom) is spacious and well-planned - highlights for me include an in-unit washer/dryer, private balcony access and an abundance of cabinetry and storage. The Management team is professional, transparent and responsive - any maintenance issues I have
