BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible experience! We have an emergency situation and need to cancel our trip to Hawaii, due to a mandatory US citizenship interview for my husband that is scheduled during our trip and we were just notified about this last week. Not only will they not allow us a refund or future credit but after trying for the past week to hear back from the "director", we have heard nothing regarding the $6100 they have of ours. I called three times, emailed and even sent a copy of our immigration letter. I have never experienced such cold and inhumane customer service. This is my first negative

I have been on Kauai for 3 years and I know this is my forever home. I have always loved Hawaii Life's for sale signs and I was so happy when I reached out and talked with Hannah. I was watching your Hawaii Life show on HGTV the other day and got extremely excited about the possibility of finding my Sister a place to live in Kauai. The show is great, I thoroughly enjoyed the perspective and places you visit. I was so inspired that I called the office in Kapaa and reached a lovely lady by the name of Shawlin. I explained what I was up to and she proceeded to explain the different options and scenarios that would quickly get my Sister the information she needed. Shawlin was pleasant, helpful, and extremely friendly. Next time I come over, I will be sure to come into the office

I went into the Hawaii Life office in Kapaa and was very pleasantly greeted by a lovely young lady named Shawlin, who made me feel very much at home and part of a family, right away. I heard her speak on the phone to a couple of calls that came in, as she politely excused herself, and was impressed by her friendliness and I even watched her move her mouse around so fast on the computer to make sure that the person she had on the line, was referred swiftly and correctly to the perfect agent for them. How nice to have someone who takes you by the hand, (so to speak) from the very beginning.
