I went in there looking for service and the owner Jean was the rudest person I ever met. She told me in the meanest tone to come back another day all while she was coughing and scratching her head. She didn't seem very clean to be honest.

They run scams on the internet under different names like Natural thought. Charge your card for something you never ordered. Unethical company at best.

They have amazing products! I live in San Diego and only 10 mins away, so I go in person to pick up my orders rather than pay for the shipping. But doing so takes a bit more time than you'd expect.

As a profession therapist, I buy my massage cream in gallons. I find it absolutely ridiculous that Biotone doesn't sell empty refillable tubes to put their product in from the gallon size. Their solution was for me to buy 7 oz. tubes with the product in them; buying something I don't need at a more expensive price.

Be very very careful when you order the bio tone product, because if there is any issue with the product than they don't take it back. They want you to pay the 5% re-stocking fee and shipping. The so called manager was very rude and negative while talking to me. She just don't want to listen anything although I was willing to order more item and wanted to give more business.
Unacceptable, what a big company and no respect to the customer.

I got phone call from No caller ID on 2/22/2019 10:10am.

It was your Biotone company. She is very weird lady. I don't know why she was calling me. She started talking to me and said "Are you working at dōTERRA & SPA? "

I don't know why she knows those information and I was still not sure why she was calling me.

She explained she want to introduce diet products and visit me. But I still don't know who she is.

So I asked her "What do you want to do & why visit me?"

She said " Omg ....." and hanging up the phone.

I was not sure

Total concierge experience for the massage therapist or spa professional. Parking is tight but once in the showroom, you are treated with the utmost respect and greeted and treated by the friendly and knowledgeable sales professionals. Your order is customized and products are recommended based on your business needs...warehouse runner make sure your items are accurately packaged and hand delivered to the desk for your pickup. You have an account setup for your own professional needs...so in a way, the feel is old school and personal, but with a contemporary showroom and technology solutions for

Decent products, but shipping is costly. Nearly 20.00 extra just for 1 gallon of lotion. Much more cost effective to go to a massage supply store if you are near one. They often charge less for the product too. The store I used to go to in Denver changed just a little over 42.00 for a gallon of Nutri Naturals lotion. To order from the company it's 46.85....plus tax and shipping! If you live close to a store it's best to just get supplies there.

I have been in the massage arena for 25 years. My business name BodyMind Connection. My first office was on the corner of Mission Gorge and Zion so it was natural for me to use Biotone products because they were so close. After 9 1/2 years I moved my practice to Santee. I and my clients prefer the lotions (I personally mix Nutranaturals and Advanced Therapy lotion). The glide is fantastic, my clients find no need to shower after the massage, as the skin absorbs the lotion extremely well. Their service is great and as I pick up my lotions I forgo the shipping charges, which keeps my pricing reasonable

This may be the first time I've written a Yelp review and it's unfortunate it's under these conditions. I was referred to Biotone by a friend and have been using them for over a year. I know they're a bit pricey but I like to support local businesses. NO MORE!!!

I guess I grew up during a time when customer service meant giving a customer the benefit of the doubt and I have little patience with a company belligerent enough to blame the customer for their errors.

For the most part, service has been fine and uneventful. I call for my product and pick it up. Associates have told

Love their products but they are a little steep on the pricing. I did find some effective sources here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/281478708824?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

Pros... when you own an acupuncture and massage clinic, you will often need some massage supplies. and when we do we almost always get our stuff from here. we get their massage creme with arnica and also get the polar lotion too. they also sell all sorts of other stuff as well. so if you are looking for this type of supplies try out their products. and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. you can also order your stuff over the phone and pick it up later like we do.

cons...no free shipping, so we have to go there and pick up our order.
