Melissa grew up in the Salt Lake Valley and the nuances of our neighborhoods are second nature to her. Since 2010 she has been working as a full-time Salt Lake City realtor and putting these understandings into practice. From start to finish when selling my home, Melissa was on top of everything and made the process so much easier than I anticipated. She worked extra hard to help things be presentable once the house was empty; assisted with anything that I was unable to take care of from out of state. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience for me (ending a relationship, transferring employment to another state, and building a home in the new location) ended up being calm, exacting procedurally, and actually a bit of fun with Melissa at the helm! This was my second time working with Melissa. This time around, she helped me sell my house in North Salt Lake, while I lived in Canada. I can’t say enough how stress free she made the whole experience. I knew she had her eye on things and would help me if any issues came up. She’s very professional and better yet, she’s fun!
