I got my back all done and I really need my shoulders chest and hip flexor done and she ran out of time 🙄 in 90 minutes. Sure the massage was nice but I would have said feet, hot stone for back then flip me for the front of my body. The price is good for the location, clean and quality care.

I have mixed feelings about posting this. I do enjoy the massages here, yes some are better than others and I don't consider this place high quality, but you pay for what you get. However, this last time my husband purchased a gift voucher for a massage. I only had limited cash on hand (since I had the voucher). I had to pay the difference and had approximately $36 cash remaining, so I decided to give a $15 tip since it was only ok. I was appalled when the receptionist (owner's wife) asked me to give the masseuse a 20% tip! ($18), I had an extra bill ($16) and she actually told me 20% would be

I have been here twice. First time was a gift, so the gift-er paid. Just before signing the bill, the man at the front desk pointed to the "recommended" tip per service, and the gift-er felt totally pressured into obliging. Second time, since I was paying and knew what was coming, I tipped 20% to the masseuse. Both the female and male owners at the front desk quickly pointed to the "recommended" tip sign, and I had to firmly reply that I tip 20% on massage services.

I've been to this location a few times and I have always had a good experience. The staff is nice and professional, and the massage is always very relaxing. They include a little bit of hot stone in with the regular massage and I love it! I had a massage with Anna a couple days ago and she was great! They are also quite affordable which allows for more massages!

It’s the worst massage I have ever had in my life, I’m a bodybuilder and athlete. I’ve had massages all over the world from my travels, from relaxing to deep tissue massage. I have never come across such a bad experience, if you’re into athletics it’s not the place to go to. She skipped key components of the massage (biceps, quads, chest, shoulders) terrible.

The massage felt fantastic! My body truly truly felt so much better after. The employees were very friendly and polite.
However the location is just awful. It's the reason I docked 2 stars.. it's that bad.
It's right next to a bar in the very back of a small shopping plaza and when I say you can hear everything that's going on outside I'm not kidding.. the first part of my massage was in a room right by the parking lot facing window and there was a group of bar patrons outside the window smoking and being VERY loud.. it made it

Five stars is not enough to give! We have been going to Zen Heart for years and it is worth every penny! Some may find the thinner walls a little distracting, but I'm always put in a trance when they start on me, so it's something I don't mind so much and my husband almost always falls asleep :D
I previously have gotten $200 massages and honestly, I prefer the ladies at Zen Heart for a much more affordable experience. We usually do not have an issue booking an appointment the same day. Vaughn and his wife are the nicest people and they know their guests by name. I always recommend

I've been coming here once a month for the past 3 years.. it's not a fancy place and kind of small but you won't regret the experience. It's owned by the nicest couple and they always accommodate you in any way that they can. I have always booked my appointments with the husband but tonight met Andrea ( the wife ).

I've been going here off and on for a few years, but I think I'm ready to find a new place. It's kinda a crapshoot which masseuse you get how good your massage is.
I brought my friend with me and she had the lady I usually have and love! Her massage was awesome.
When I went with my friend the room was really cold and the floor was dirty. On the table looking down was a stain, maybe oil & dirt, on the floor and wrapped up electrical cords, it was a distracting eyesore.
Overall it just wasn't the best massage, I wanted to tip $8 instead of the recommended $10 and the man

Suzy, who provided me with my massage, used her forearm the whole time and barely tried to incorporate other techniques. It was one of the least enjoyable massage I've received from someone at Zen Heart. I wasn't going to tip her.
I was checking out and said the experience was alright. I tried to play it cool because she was standing right there and I didn't want to hurt her feelings. Who knows, maybe she was tired.

INCREDIBLE! I have been to many of these types of massage parlors and other spots can be dark, dirty, or just difficult to have a good experience with due to lack of communication understanding. However, Zen Heart Massage was incredible. $50 for a combo massage (45 minute reflexology and 30 minute individual room massage) is a steal. The woman who gave me both of my massages was great. Worked every muscle in my body. The younger gentleman at the front was also very sweet. Lastly, I have never been to such a clean massage parlor, especially of this caliber. This is my new go-to spot!

My wife and I went for an hour massage and the best thing I can say about it is that it actually was an hour massage. When we were done, my wife and I compared notes and found the exact same issues. I very seriously doubt my lady has any training to be a masseuse at all.
Mine spent almost the entire time on my back, which might be okay, except she was not skilled whatsoever and used almost no oil. She did not look for or work out any knots, knew nothing of deep tissue massage, and did not do my neck at

This place is great. I got the large combo done on Tuesday. It included 1 hr body massage and 45 minute foot work. I fell asleep during the foot massage but I'm sure it was lovely. The feet stuff included arms, and shoulders and head. The full body was amazing too. At one point the massage therapist even got up on top of me to work my back better. That weirded me out for a second but I realized it enabled her to work all my pain out better. I told her about my chronic mid to lower back pain and she focused her efforts and relieved the pain and pressure. The price was great for the work/time put

I walked in looking to get a Full Body Massage & nothing was available. Fortunately, the owner, Andrea, said she could take me in! How awesome is that?!
The bed was super comfy & I instantly felt relaxed as I listened to nature sounds in the background. Andrea knew exactly what type of pressure to use with me. She relieved the tension areas in my neck, shoulders, & back. I was happily surprised when she used hot stones (usually hot stones are extra at most massage places) & they felt wonderful. She gave me the best face massage I have ever had & relieved
