Almost all the appliances have needed replacement. The apartment flooded because of a fire sprinkler leak. There are homeless people constantly rooting around in the dumpsters. There are so many sketchy people who do not use the front gate keypad and instead wait for paying tenants to open the gate for them. Go ahead and come here if you want. I'm out.

This is by far the worst place I've ever lived. I've only lived her since November and already both of our cars have been robbed. One of the cars was literally in the provided garage. When brought up with management they basically said we never assured your safety and I'm sorry you feel that way. That's already enough to prove this place is horrible, that's not even mentioning the "security". Run!!!!!!! from this place they are trying to commit fraud, price gauging I paid my entire move in charges and amount. Due for partial rent due pain if full. Everything in documents I paid all the while not being able to inspect the townhome. In good faith I paid them thinking I was moving to a safe, good environment for it 2 year old and myself
Then I receive a call from ELLEES stating I owe an additional 1200 before I move in for partial rent for June. I state that is fine I can Pay that on June 1st I was told

Not worth it! If you want cockroaches and black widows in your apartment , move in! If you want homeless people in your garbage, move in! If you want to drive around looking for a place to park (cause your garage is too small for your car) every time you come home at night, move in! If you want to get taken advantage of financially when you move out (you won't get your deposit back, and will likely owe money), move in!

Horrible management. Stacey Fernandez who is the manager has the worst customer service. Always very hard to get in contact with. And once you do it's always a bad experience. Never given any courtesy whatsoever to customers, even pregnant ones!! I mean come on, where in the world is your basic human decency?
If you are the owner of Oasis Townhomes and reading this, if you intend on keeping your customers, I would certainly make a change in upper management.

I was interested in moving to this place. I made and appointment so I can go see the unit. I was unfortunately late by 10 minutes due to traffic and was unable to view the apartment. According to a board they have posted up, they have until 4:45 pm on Sunday's to show the apartment. It was 4:10 and Leticia was already closing it up and said I had to reschedule. I thought, if they want to rent the apartment they would make an exception even though i was late, but I guess since its Sunday, they want to leave as soon as possible and don't even care about attempting to rent it out. The staff had previously been very helpful, replacing our stove when it was having some technical difficulties. Also the maintenance staff was very responsive to issues that arose during our stay. The complex recently has suffered the loss of many tenants and I suspect it is related to their management. If the management changes, please disregard this review.
I attempted to return my apt keys on move out day but they were closed due to COVID. The keys

The manager told me that I could see 3 units the next day and gave me the unit numbers. I went there the next day, but the staff refused to show them to me. When I mentioned that knowing those unit numbers is the proof that the manager let me know (because they knew that I talked with the manager the day before), then the staff told me to my face directly "YOU COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT ON THE WEBSITE." She basically called me a liar to my face (and I didn't even know their website lists the units

I have lived at Oasis Townhouses for about three months now. It is conveniently located by everything that I need with school and work. The apartment itself is a good size. Quiet townhouses for the most part. The customer service is outstanding, Elyse Aguirre (works in the front office!) has been the most helpful and kind in facilitating any services or questions that I might have. Elyse is always available to answer a call or direct me in the way that I should go. It is Elyse's bright personality and attention to detail that make me feel welcomed and part of this community.

Lived here due to convenient location. Absolutely terrible experience. They try to make it look nice but everything is really cheaply done. Holes and gaps everywhere. Massive pest issues - ants, earwigs, and roaches. We had rats/mice and even opossums (no joke) living in our walls/ceilings. Maintenance/staff are nice but terrible in their communication/follow-up. Can't believe how much money we spent living in such a filthy place. I would never recommend anyone live here. Stay away.

I wish I loved it here, for the price and amount of storage they offer. Unfortunately when we moved in it was very dirty; old q-tips, small screws tolost in the carpet, hair, clogged drains, etc. We have a baby and when I found the nails and q-tips I was livid. When we told the office they didn't even apologize! Also- if you have a babe keep in mind there is very noisy leaf blowing and it takes them forever and a day, also the townhomes A/c is very old and loud and doesn't circulate well so our son's room is always hot. 1. A neighbor came to us saying his garage was stolen we found out later, this person who is a resident was accused of stealing another neighbor. Interestingly, i lost many boxes while I was unpacking moving my stuff to the place.
2. I did not complain but started searching for a place to move to.
3. When I wanted tp move out only 4 month later, I was told I have to pay 1 month rent to move out as a penalty. They were rude and not caring. The manager seemed to be a robot who said we can not gurantee safety!

DO NOT RENT HERE! I lived at Oasis for 5 years and my experience has left a lot to be desired. In fact, I'm appalled at how I've been treated after paying rent on time with no late payments. I have been served a Notice to Pay or Quit for $147 (3 days of rent) on a unit they are well aware will be vacant in two weeks. The staff is completely unhelpful and sometimes even rude...when they actually answer the phone or return a phone call. After I reported a roof leak several times, nothing was done and my ceiling caved in with moldy drywall and insulation everywhere in my home. I was forced to live

I stayed at Oasis for only six months and we have kept the place clean without any damage to the carpet or the paint. However, Oasis did not return any of our security deposit and charged us $350 extra for repainting the whole unit and cleaning fee!! We were being told that we would only be responsible for $75 for cleaning the bathrooms in the beginning. I felt that it was totally unfair for them to charge us this much for moving out.

Mazda Mixx well I have been here for over 3 years nice place and great people. The rent has gone up es each year so that wasn't something we anticipated.
Maintenance people are great, at times the office does get to busy so your work orders are a bit delayed.
The area is nice, one of the down sides is they take a bit long cleaning up and forget to clean up in the back of the apartment complex us folks in the back do get forgot about. Oasis does not do any 6 month pre maintenance on in home washer and dryer plus no 6 month auto filter changes this should be a priority of oasis

My time at Oasis has been nothing except positive. I'm surprised to read all the negative reviews, as they don't fit my experience at all.
First, you get a lot for your money. Plenty of amenities, W&D in unit, extra storage space in unit, and an actual garage with MORE storage space. Garages won't fit a large pickup, but anything sedan-sized or smaller fits just fine (assuming you know how to park your vehicle). I've even seen some SUV's.
Second, the staff have been helpful and prompt with my concerns. Our stove broke one day, the repairman came to fix it the next. We saw spots in our ceiling
