Leasing agent (Taylor) in particular has a very aggressive attitude towards tenants and the employees stick together instead of trying to resolve the issue when one of their employees are in the wrong and also when you try to reach out to the manager and they lie about her last name and say they don’t know how to spell it. The property manager never responds back at all. Very unprofessional property. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if my life depended on it. The only good thing is the maintenance workers which are very friendly and helpful.

Good afternoon. I just wanted to share with you the 5 star experience I have received from the staff here at Sabal Point Apartments. I have had the best experiences with the front desk staff and the maintenance staff. They have all exemplified what it means to care about how I as a resident am taken care of. I had a few maintenance issues and when I reported them it was never a time when I felt that I couldn't count on it to be done. Everyone was always professional, courteous and kind and maintained safety. If there was something that needed to be delayed I was always informed. Every promise kept

I've been a resident for almost 5 years. I am enjoying my stay here. The staff have been very helpful and always willing to assist and go beyond the call of duty. Whenever I submit a maintenance request or have a simple question, I always feel as though I matter. I would personally like to give a shout out to " Wendy" in the office. She makes it a point to let you know she's listening and if she says she is going to followup with you, she does. Keep up the great work. Thanks Sabal Point.

I have been living here for approximately 5 months and it has been the worst experience ever!! Starting from the beginning, the apartment had a distinctive smell of damp cigarettes masked with the smell of a fresh coat of paint. A few days later, we realized it was MOLD!!! It was growing everywhere.. The first place we noticed was the air vents.. everytime we would turn on the AC, we were unable to breath. We contacted management and all they did was spray bleach on everything hoping it wouldn't come back. To our surprise, it came back worse, including all over the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen

Wow I just signed on because I needed the full address for an application I am completing and started reading some of these reviews. I don't know what complex some of you lived in but Sabal Point was very nice place. The square footage of my 2 bedroom was roomy. Twice I had maintenance emergencies (flooding from the apt above) and the response was quick. The Office manager Gina was super sweet. I resided there for a little over 5 years.
