Potential Residents BEWARE!!!! The only thing that is luxurious about these apartments are the gates (when they are fully functional). There are several major issues with this property, not to mention the turnover rate at this property is ridiculous; over 10 different staff members in the matter of a year.
1. Be on top of your online account; I was being over charged for rent for months and took management weeks to correct it. Also, when I moved out, they tried to add bogus charges to my final statement and dragged their feet with correcting the issue.

That new girl in the office Marianna is no, I mean no help at all. I reported to her around 12 noon on 8/02/2021 that I had been waiting a month for a new smoke detector, trash left in the breezeway by maintenance for over a month, and that whomever came to clean out the dryer vents did something to cause the dryer in my unit not to blow hot air anymore. She wrote my unit number on a notepad; claiming she would call me as soon as maintenance came into the office again that day. I waited 3 hours before I went back to the office. LIVING HERE IS THE WORST! I have lived here since 2015 and this is the worst management staff I have ever had the burden of dealing with. The amenities of this apartment are not kept up. The pool was green and disgusting for several months this summer, the gates for this "gated community" constantly stay broken, and when you request maintenance the maintenance staff and the maintenance supervisor are rude and try to make you feel like an inconvenience for requesting service in amenities we pay over $1200/month to have working on a consistent basis. This has become the worse apartment complex experience. The leasing office is rude by default and they are always ready to insult you. They never solve your problems and would get angry always. Apartment complex is always dirty, filled with dog poops. Gates never work. The past managements were good, but current management is the worst ever. After 6 years of living here I would say that " PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE". Wish there was 0 or - stars

I have called, facebook messaged and tried to get in touch with this office on 4 separate occasions. No one has had the courtesy to call me back. If they are this unresponsive to a possible new resident I cannot imagine how they would treat you once you move in. No customer service here.

The apartment interiors are nice. I adore my kitchen. The community looks nice. But the walls are thing and I can hear everything from my neighbors on all sides.
There is a valet trash service that you are not allowed to decline and must pay a monthly fee for. The valet pickup people regularly skip over my apartment even though I follow the "rules." The office regularly sends out memos regarding the rules and threatening fines for people who leave the trash bin out at the wrong hour. I don't enjoy being threatened with fines for a service I'm forced into and still not properly

This apartment complex is advertising falsely. They will say they are a gated community but they leave their gates wide open for anyone to get in. Also, if you need to end your lease earlier than originally planned, you will not only have you stay for 90 days but then will charge you two additional months, when they would certainly be charging a new tenant for your unit by then. Will be making a BBB complaint.

Things are starting to fall apart. We've had our apartment leak/flood three times now. This last time, we walked in to find the maintenance guys cleaning up the broken glass from knocking over three very sentimental glass candle holders. And they were using OUR vacuum cleaner that they found after RUMMAGING THROUGH OUR APARTMENT!! I went to the office to let them know what was going on, and while I got lots of "we're so sorry" nothing has been done. The carpet is still wet and dirty. The manager has not contacted us directly. And, now I'm afraid to let maintenance back

My wife and I have been living at Ansley Falls Apt since they open. We have enjoyed it very much. Our friends love coming over because of all the space we have in our place!! My nieces and nephew love the pool!!

Live there for almost two years, we are breaking our contract earlier because we cannot take it anymore. Where can I start? You pay for a $50 for your remote to open the gates; the fee is non-refundable even if you return it. There is always a problem with the gate. My car got broke into. When I first moved there, they used to offer coffee in the club house, one day I stopped by to get one and now you have to go to the office to ask for a coffee pod because there was a note saying that the residences were stealing the coffee or maybe they were drinking it. BEWARE!!!

Poor management and very unsafe property. Multiple car break ins, gated community with out the security because anyone wanders on to the property. They claim there are cameras to watch the property but not a safe environment. They never answer any phone calls and tell you they will do something but never follow through. Such high turn over in staff that no one actually cares for the tenants, they just want to focus on new tenants.

Gates always broken and traffic getting into property is horrible. Too much dog crap all over.

Please be aware if you have pets at Ansley falls you are most likely going to be conned out of over 1300 dollars.

We recently moved out, no stains no smells,and a clean walkthrough where nothing was mentioned, our dog is trained and were told that an invisible, stain, that had no smell was found and they had to replace the ENTIRE carpet, their evidence was a hand written note, no photos or proof of any kind, we have been told tales of black lights etc.

The short story here is there really is no way to get around this its clearly an added fee as part of having a pet.

I know many yelp reviews begin with "I wanted to love this place" and I can think of nowhere I wanted to love more than here. I lived in my previous apartment happily for 3 years but decided to move in with the boyfriend and we wanted a place that was ours and Ansley Falls was our choice.
Even before we moved in there were problems. We had several more charges than what we had understood when originally talking to the leasing office. The manager at the time, Sarah, was wonderful working to compromise with us and we chalked up all these misunderstandings to new employees in the office
