The Villas At Fort Mill

I like my unit. Property management has changed several times during my time here and so has the community. There are waves of good and not so good neighbors as well as management. I have not needed maintenance much (thankfully), but never a problem. The pool was closed a bit often this past summer, which is the only amenity that I utilize, so that was a bummer. I can say that I currently have no concerns about this community at this time.

I just moved into these apartments in February right before Covid happened and because it caused me to spend a lot more time at home I am able to give an honest review. From the beginning of my application process until today, the management team in the front office has been nothing short of spectacular! Gemma Valencia, in specific, (though Samantha has been great) has been a pleasure to work with.
I have a unit with updated features and spent the quarantine time decorating and am honestly HAPPY to come home from work everyday. I haven't lived in an apartment in over 15 years and was so nervous

I Enjoy living at the location. The Employees make you feel at home soon as you walk in the Office. When you need anything repair the maintenance team is on point. Xavier is Great. Thanks so much for maling me feel safe at Home.

We have been here for almost 3 years and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. It’s a beautiful place, quiet area and near eve thing you need. My kiddos especially love the pool. Gemma and the rest of the team do a wonderful job at keeping everything running smoothly and they care to know everyone by name! They do a great at managing the property!!

Tried to charge me over $100 more than my lease was signed for. I understand the apts are under new management now and the transition has been sudden but the fact that the new management somehow loses my lease and then tries to charge me more than what was agreed it ridiculous. Not even an apology was received and you better double check your statements or they may be doing it to you too

I have lived here for almost 2 1/2 years, and I can tell you I couldn’t be happier with the management that we now have. Our complex is a little over 3 years old and I moved in because of the top of the line upgrades they offered in each unit. There were a few issues the very first year that had me wondering if I had made the right choice.
However, the management that we have now is amazing! Gemma is a dream and she runs everything so smoothly and efficiently! There is NEVER an issue if you need something fixed! It’s completed right away, and the entire team is focused on our happiness and

It’s quiet out here for the most part. I wish the master bathroom had a bigger vanity and apartments came with an elevator. I would like to see power washing done to the building steps and apartment breezeways. Maybe have more events out here too.

I just relocated from Atlanta! The office is wonderful. They made my transition here amazingly easy despite the issues of Covid-19. The answered all my questions and was able to go in with an appointment. Despite not being able to explore all of the area I can tell you the location and apartments are Great! Great start to a new life in a new place! I would recommend Villas at Fort Mill to anyone!!!!

Luxury apartments shouldn't be trashy. You would think with on site maintenance we would have things cleaned up a little better. Unfortunately it's not the case. At first when we moved in back in February the old management was very nice but now they only care about themselves. Plus they are trying to charge us $40 a month for a washer and dryer that the previous management said was left by the old tenants and that we could have. Kind of tricky if you ask me.

We have new owners. New management at the office. Rosie is doing a great job taking care of the apartment community
