I just moved from NY to South Carolina. We moved blindly, not really knowing the area and choosing an apartment complex to live in for at least a year. When I first spoke with Jessica from Beckett Farms I immediately felt at ease. She has been nothing but amazing and was so pleasant everytime I called to ask questions. The whole process was easy and smooth and I can't wait to live there! Thanks Jessica!!!!

I started looking for an apartment home during the time I was selling my home. I was a little nervous going into an apartment for the first time in many, many years. The community is beautiful, well up-kept, the units are very nice and clean, and have some great amenities. I can't say enough great things about the staff Rachel, Crystal, and Jessica are all so kind and helpful. Rachel helped us through the entire process and made it as smooth as could be! You can tell they really do care about their jobs. Maintenance is also very friendly and knowledgeable!

Im not one to leave reviews, but in this case I have to shout out Jessica in the leasing office. Super professional very knowledgeable and polite, always available for any commments and or concerns. I’m new to the Beckett Farms experience coming from NY where folks can be a bit rushed and impolite, but I must say Jessica as well as the entire staff at Beckett farms has really made my transition as smooth and enjoyable as humanly possible.

Beckett Farms is The Standard of Excellence when it comes to luxury apartment living. Each apartment has modern appliances and the wood floors are amazing. Amenities include children's playground, a huge club house, wonderful area for pets and the best pool in the area. Beckett Farms is an amazing community. They have been very helpful during this move at a time with COVID and understand why the amenities are closed. I cannot wait to start using the amenities! I would recommend Beckett Farms to anyone looking in the Charlotte area but doesn't want to big city feel.

LOVE Beckett Farms!!! From the start, it has been a wonderful experience. Alessia B. in the office is always helpful and goes above and beyond. The apartments are VERY NICE and worth the money. The well maintained property and amenities are such a plus! Friendly community in an excellent location.
P.s. moved only 5 min away from another apt complex in Fort Mill and Beckett Farms puts them to shame!!! Very blessed to have found my new place here.
